I've been buying cars here for 10 years, which says it all. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received. Luis is an excellent salesman, very patient, and answers all my questions. Blanca is a 10/10, providing superb service and is very organized. Mr. Memo is also incredibly kind and one of the best. Don't hesitate to buy here; they treat you with professionalism, respect, and humility. Here, the payment you make goes directly from your account, unlike other places that tell you the entire payment goes to the principal if you want to be approved. Go and visit them; you won't regret it.

Horrible experience, the cars are terrible 😡 I just bought one and as soon as we got home, which is super close, it took less than 3 minutes to get to a light and the car was already overheating. I called them this morning and took the car in, and it turns out the cylinder heads were damaged. The guy wanted to repair it 🤣🤣🤭 He gave me the option to exchange cars, and they all had the same problem with the check engine light on. Good grief, the cars are so expensive... but they use this 50/50 policy, meaning if your car breaks down within two months, they pay 50% and you pay 50%. You actually end up losing out with me. I wanted to use it, but it was a nightmare. I didn't check the car properly until I got home. I worked for them for days to get my down payment back, and when I finally got it, they punctured my tire by driving a bolt into the edge where it doesn't even roll. It's impossible to grip a bolt like that. A terrible experience because I had to buy a new tire, so be careful when buying your car there. 😡😡

Firstly, I sent two emails and they never responded. Secondly, I called no answer. Then when I went to the location the car I was looking for was no longer available however it is marked as available not only on Facebook but on their website as well. Then the person who told me it was not available didn’t even try to assist me. They didn’t offer alternatives or anything it was a fairly long trip. Waste of time, I don’t recommend them.
