Perfect spot for a layover or a work trip. The location near IAH is very convenient, and despite the proximity to the airport, it stayed remarkably quiet. The rooms are standard economy (3 stars), but the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent.
The service is notable. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and attentive. Note that there is no shuttle, and while the rooms are a work in progress, the hospitality and peaceful environment make it a win. I’ll definitely be back to see the improvements they're working on!

This place had the most COMFORTABLE beds! Stayed one night to rest up after a long drive and it was the best sleep I ever had in a long time. Amazing prices and great location. Service was very friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend to anyone on a tight budget who wants to sleep on a 5 star bed. I'll definitely be back when in this area. 👍👍
It was a convenient location since I wasn't mobile. My room was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Police station was next door. I felt like I was on another vacation
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner gave us a great rate for my sister and her 4 kids. The doors are all inside which is a big deal when you have little kids.

Very easy to book over the phone. When I came in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to look at the room before paying. Rooms are very clean and they gave me extra pillows and blankets which a lot of hotels are stingy about. Thank you for the great experience for my kids and I in Houston 😀

ALL of the staff is great. But Mark, Steven, and James are all INCREDIBLE! An unexpected situation that was initially a very inconvenient and chaotic time in my life, was met with supreme communication, professionalism, accommodation, and understanding. My experience at the hotel removed a remarkable amount of stress from a very stressful time in my life. I am very thankful.

The guy at the front desk who checked us in was one of the nicest front desk persons I've dealt with recently. He didn't act like we were bothering him at all. He smiled and was extremely helpful.
