After 2 weeks of having Heart CT appointment I was promised a price would be provided but it wasn't. I arrived to facility and was asked how much it was by registration and was dumbfounded. I told the polite lady at registration I never received that information. She had to physically walk to the financial/ billing department to get a price of $3805.00 which was quite the surprise and took about 30 extra minutes. I paid and got in almost 2 hours after my appointment time. The CT area was sort of cluttered and I put my belongings near the sink in the room. I was told I would have results within 24 hours because this was pre-surgery testing. After 48 hours I called since it didn't show in mychart app. After 45 minutes on phone and several transfers I got the department needed. I was instructed to call my Dr's office and have them request the results. The same Dr. who wrote the order has to call to get results? This was seriously a bad experience from beginning to end. I doubt changing the name to from St Luke's to commonspirit will do much to improve things. Find another establishment is my advice.

I am sick and have been for 6 weeks. Nausea, heart pounding, weak, fell 3 times, staying in bed, etc. My bloodwork came back normal, and the black lady Dr. Gina Blocker didn’t LISTEN to me. In the last 10 years of more I have been coming to the ER there, she is the WORST Dr that I’ve seen. She sent me home SICK!! She told me to go see my primary Dr.
I have Behçet’s Disease and am a regular at CHI St Luke’s. With Behçet’s Disease things don’t always show up in bloodwork!!! I came to MY HOSPITAL because I am SICK, and want to find out what is wrong with me. She NEVER ADDRESSED MY SYMPTOMS!!! She just sent me home!!! I am MISERABLE!!! Just because my bloodwork turned out fine doesn’t mean nothing is wrong with me!!!
Now I am at home SICK and MISERABLE, and don’t know what to do. My primary care physician knows NOTHING about my disease or how to treat it. Going to him is a waste of time and money. I have trusted CHI St Luke’s for my care for 10+ years! The Drs I see when I go there read my case file and treat me accordingly. She is worse than one other Dr who used to be there (Dr Angel Rodriguez) who never did his homework on Behçet’s Disease and didn’t listen to me or the other Dr’s that consulted on my case. Now thank God he is gone, but now I have to deal with Dr Gina Blocker! She never addressed my symptoms or LISTENED to me that SOMETHING is very wrong with me!!! I am VERY UNHAPPY with my trip to the ER!!!

I remembered I left my prescribed glasses on my bed in the ER. My nurse was Sarah. Very nice and great nurse. And I met Michelle from admitting. Got home and called St.Lukes to claim my prescribed glasses. Lady that answered told me that if I left them in the ER bed I was on they were thrown away. Anything found is thrown away. I would not recommend anyone to go to St. Luke's. I cried my glasses cost me $ 475.00 and the operator there told me they were thrown away.😞😞😞😞😞

The WORST hospital EVER!!! The 2 stars are for the great surgeons only...and they deserve 5 but hospital brought it down. Had only 1 elevator working, told it's been like that for over a year, staff at desk don't want to work, they are rude and will not go out of their way to help. Do not keep family informed and when you ask they act like you are putting them out. Rooms are DISGUSTING...tv didn't work and they NEVER fixed it even though told they were on their way. Breakfast super late and it tasted horrible...and I eat just about anything. Bathroom in my room was falling apart, toilet size of elementary school. Cleaning lady came in and swept half the room but did not clean the bathroom. When released by Dr I was told had to wait for employee to wheel me downstairs...waited over an hour and never showed up so I walked myself out. Valet was also below par...both times my wife used them they did not ask for ticket before releasing vehicle to her. My wife had OHS there 15 years ago and she HATED every moment there...they gave her PTSD...needless to say they have not improved in the 15 years.
