J is one of the best realtors out there. He is extremely welcoming and friendly. He is also a great communicator and responds back quickly with any updates. I came to J looking for an apartment and I had honestly lost hope and I was very frustrated with looking on my own and using another broker. He picked up my call in the middle family time and sent some available apartments that night. Even from thousands of miles away and a tight deadline, J makes sure that you are involved every step of the way.
Finding housing in New York is a nightmare. There are so many scams and terrible realtors that don’t really care about you and just do it for the money. However J treats you like family and will not stop until you get what you’re looking for.

What a wonderful experience having worked with J. Alex Brinson.
My specifications for a rental unit were almost impossible in Queens, but he kept at it with recommendations and arranged tours even when I had given up.
A marvel professional to work with.
Only after finding the right apartment did I realize why he is such a familiar friendly face :)

My daughter and her friend/roommate were using a different broker that was not doing her job and time was getting short. They had 2 weeks left to find an apartment. I reached out to J. and he responded immediately. In less than 24 hours he'd already sent 3 apartments for them to consider. He communicated multiple times every day, continued to send apartments, and went with them on tours. If he wasn't able to make it, he communicated with them virtually. He made himself available at all hours. He gave them very clear, direct information, instructions, and suggestions. Within a week, with his help, they found one they loved and signed the lease. J. made the process smooth and easy. As a Mom living 3000 miles I way, I felt confident and comfortable that my daughter and her friend were well taken care of. Based on my daughter's experience, 2 of her friends have already asked for J.'s information, and we will continue to recommend him to others.
