Just bought our first Cadillac and was very impressed with the service and the price offered to us. Shawn was very diligent and kind and Ben as well. Shawn delivered the vehicle to our house, went over all the bells and whistles and followed up to ask how everything was going, two days later. I just purchased a 2025 Cadillac CT4-V from Tom Peacock Cadillac. Darrie Clark was my salesman and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He took very good care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Just o be fully transparent, I wasn’t a big fan of the finance guy to took care of the paperwork portion of the deal. He didn’t have a very pleasant attitude. Aside from that, we will definitely be doing business with Tom Peacock in the future.

Tom Peacock Cadillac is the BEST Cadillac dealer in Houston. My last car I bought was a 2024 Cadillac CT5. I have bought four vehicles from them. Keke is the best sales person I have used and will always used when I am ready to make another purchase. Mike Williams is the best sales managers at Tom Peacock Cadillac. He also will make sure you are happy and he is very fair when it comes to getting a deal done. Spear in the service department is the best. He makes sure all of my cars are taken care of when I come to have them serviced. Mr. Ron in the service department he will definitely make sure if something goes wrong it will get fixed. I have a Super service advisor with an outstanding personality. Today, I went into Tom Peacock for oil change, air filter change and wiper blades. The service was really fast today. I don't think I was there no more than an hour in a half to two hours, which shocked me. All I can say is thumbs 👍 up Tom Peacock service team.

It was time for my first oil change and tire rotation on my recently purchased 2025 CT4 Cadillac. I called the service department to schedule these services and was asked if I would like to bring my car to the dealership or if I would rather have the mobile unit come to my home. I had no idea this was available! It was awesome and saved me time and more importantly, GASOLINE! Markus was the mechanic who came with the mobile unit yesterday and he was friendly and very fast.
