People are so awesome here!! Literally the moment you walk in you’re greeted well which is rare. I brought in my sister because I heard they’re fast paced and she needed immediate attention. The new owners were so nice and showed great concern to us. I definitely recommend it!!

I recently had surgery at West Houston Surgery Center. The facility is beautiful and clean. The nurses were great but Heather stood out. Of course, my doctor was great but the anesthesiologist was caring and gave me extra nausea meds when I told her about my medical history. Post op.. they kept me there until I was pain-free and ready to go home. I would go back and recommend to others.

Advice to the public!!!! Look at the status of their accreditation with their regulatory agency (AAAHC and CMS) Review the 175 pages of deficiencies and the findings by the surveyors. The staff can not be told to correct anything ( after lengthy explanation) because they are so " over worked" and under stress according to the current administrator. Most worked with the Administrator at another facility. If you do ask them to change the deficiencies you are a bully and forced to quit after 1 week! Yep! If a surveyor comes in and finds that the deficiencies are not corrected then the deficiencies may be considered immediate jeopardy issues. Issues that can cause death or substantial harm.
The number of people terminated is unbelievable. I do not know at this point if any or all were justified. That is not my call. I know that I resigned because of the environment that is under the current administration .
My concern is patient safety issues! Ask how many issues have been identified by the regulatory agencies. Ask how many sentinel events (deaths) have occurred.This is your right as a patient..every place has areas for improvement but the type and severity of the issues is the concern. Does the facility want to correct the deficiencies ? Review and make your decision.

The director Elizabeth M. was very very rude to me on the phone today. Very argumentative and unprofessional. They messed up my mothers medical chart. I would not go to this center. I will be making a call to Joint Commission to investigate this place and the director’s behavior.

This is one of the best hospitals I ever been the nurses are awesome very great very good there's nothing I can say bad about that hospital they were on time they did everything perfectly right and a shout out to Raquel no Rachel Rachel was one of the best ones at this hospital but they need to be past the selected as a team they were so great and my name is Sherry Longoria and I they were perfect with me
