Customer service sucks I am for A short while until I find better rates a customer service is horrible and the bad thing about it is that they dont even try to be any better and you can never to talk to your actual agent because they are never available .

They know me by name there. They ask me to sign forms that state exactly how much a procedure will cost before they start. Everyone I've worked with there has been kind and considerate.
