I am beyond disappointed with this emergency room. Today, my 78 year old mother took my son in for care and simply asked the receptionist what the copay would be under my insurance. She was told they couldn’t tell her the cost, which was completely untrue.

My Granny came into the hospital after a bad fall and they ended up discovering that her blood sugar was in the 500’s. And blood pressure was in the 200’s. Everyone worked together on her stay in order to provide safe care and to get her numbers under control.
