This place is a complete dump. There was a rotten food in the fridge dirty sheets and the jacuzzi had water coming out from around the faucet before the faucet actually came off. Not only that but the wall of the jacuzzi is coming apart. The shower rails are l

Had to stay here for a night due to a canceled flight. Even when I showed up at 3am the staff were friendly and accommodating, and provided me with basic toiletries since I was without my luggage. Good price for a big room and typical continental breakfast. Gy

False advertisements online!! Roaches are bad. No Bed Bugs!! The only reason I would stay again is because it was quite a NO bed bugs!! Price is to high!!

Good rooms, good service, and for a decent price. Location leaves a bit to be desired (there's a train track right outside and they run through at night), but that's a minor gripe at best.

*UPDATE* Stayed again on the 2nd week of 03-'18 and the last week of 01-'18 with same positive results, clean room with HVAC unit filters spotless. I'm so comfortable staying there that I already booked it in advance for soon upcoming trip.

They had complimentary coffee with NO sugar, no receipt given for room purchase, & crappy Customer service, I waited around for a receipt for 10 mins, only to be asked, what did I need again, so I just left without the receipt (which I feel was the objective).
