LaRayne was very friendly and courteous when we checked in. It was a very pleasant experience. She even helped us find some paper plated so we can eat dinner. Overall our stay was amazing.

This hotel is exceptionally clean , rooms are very spacious with soft bed .Bathrooms huge moden and clean ...breakfast is great and staff are very courteous and friendly !!!I will always stay in this brand of Holiday Inn Express and suites.very accommodating.

This place is odd, it looks like they were trying to make it a nice place, tiled floors fancy shower heads that leaked, refrigerator that leaked. Toilets all chipped up, toilet paper is just sitting on the ledge. Kitchenette with no supplies, not even a paper

Great hotel and a great stay! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having a view of the pool from our room. The pool itself was great and a nice place to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

Contrary to other claims of this hotel being in a sketchy area, the area is fine: no better and no worse than any modern urban area.
