I was looking for a mobile mechanic after a reference fell through. I wasn't in a position to have my truck towed to a shop, and last time my truck got serviced there was of course the diagnostic fee if like 200.
Aaron mobile mechanic was a perfect solution. I called on a Sunday, he said he could make it out the same day. When he realized he couldn't do to job already in progress he rescheduled with me the next day. Aaron was on time, friendly and talked me through his whole process to diagnosis the issue. He believed he had resolved the issue but discovered he hadn't after an unexpected set back. He was patient, and determined to solve the problem or to at least give me a reason. He successfully repaired the vehicle so that I could have transportation. He also located an additional issue to which we ordered the needed parts and he came out to my job the following day to make that repair. It took him no time to complete the task. Overall the cost was under 500, way less than if I had brought to a dealership or even an in shop mechanic from my experience. This saved me on towing fees and outrages time and labor fees. I would say I definitely paid for great customer service. I would highly recommend at this time.
