if only there was a way of leaving ZERO STARS, this Agency is by far the worst I’ve EVER been with. I called several times before my renewal date to confirm renewal& had it set up for Auto Pay. A month after my renewal I call to pick up my Id cards & they tell me I’m uninsured. I received no call, Text, Email OR mail from neither the agency or the insurance company that my policy was expired!! they not only gave me the run around when I asked for a new quote , the “Manager Alicia” never even cared to reach out with a solution. This agency is a joke , Stay away from this place .
