Going to the dealership buying a car has never been a pleasant experience for me in the past. Thinking of those Sales persons were like vultures; They usually talked A LOT and would pull all the nonsense to intimidate you; they'd keep your there for hours on end. Well...this time seemed to be different for me. When we pulled in the parking lot of the AutoNation dealership in League City TX, no one approached us right away. They'd let us look at vehicles at our own time, in our space. Hilary came to greet us after about 15 minutes. We took a test drive of an Acura RDX. Throughout the (short) negotiation session, they did not pressure us to make a decision; they did not try to sell us all the services nonsense like other dealership sales persons. Although we did not agree on the negotiated price at first, we were very pleased with the experience and how professional the folks are at this dealership. We did drive away a new car a few days later. I would recommend this dealership to folks who are looking for new vehicles. Happy buyer!

Just wanted to say the service team is super helpful and friendly! I got my timing belt kit done and brake fluid replaced, the experience was awesome. They also did a full inspection on the vehicle that now i can use to keep track of my vehicles components! Jon Joshua was friendly and very knowledgeable, i recommend working with him! He had my loaner vehicle ready for me and when i picked up my personal vehicle it was pulled up and ready to go! Great experience!

Brenden the service advisor was awesome! Came in for FAKRA audio speaker recall on my 2021 tlx aspec . They had the part, everything was smooth. Gave me a loaner car for the day no questions asked! Brenden and the team were always communicating with me during the whole process. Even recommended some things I need to get done to my car without being pushy. Coming back soon to get those done! Thanks again

Salesman Touny was phenomenal! very nice and not giving the attitude that he was just trying to get another sale like some other car salesman have been in the past. I was looking at several car brands to expand my options and made that apparently clear. Despite this the service stayed the same even when I came back the next day. He got me the car I wanted for the right price at the right time!

I recently bought a used 2025 Mazda CX-5 here as a surprise for my dad, and as a first-time buyer, Morris made the process super easy for me. He was communicating with me throughout the entire process, in person and over text even after I had made the purchase. He was friendly and very transparent with the prices and repairs, so I never felt like I had to question whether I was making the wrong decision. They even let me take the car with me the same day, and compromised by not beginning my five-day guarantee until they had fixed all the repairs promised on their part. Since then, my dad has been nothing but happy and in love with his new car.

I had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Matthew Danner. From the moment I arrived, Matthew was professional attentive and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled smoothly as always. He took the time to clearly explain everything my vehicle needed, answer all my questions with patience, and kept me updated throughout the process.
What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail his communication was excellent.
It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a high level of customer care. Thanks to the Acura Team and the General Manager Mr. Mike Norris was also very attentive friendly and visible at all times.

Jose Cortez Tovar was our salesman I live in south Texas finially found the car I was looking for online! He was my first contact via call we did the whole transaction via phone and was it a breeze!
