The service manager Jasper Mendoza was so helpful in helping me understand what I needed to for my car's maintenance. I am very intimidated by the service options and he was very patient with me in helping me decide my car needs.

Vu Nguyen was also very helpful and thorough in the services I needed.

Great service from the team and I will definitely return to Toyota Autonation for all my car needs.

I just want to give a BIG shout out to KLAITON HARTMAN!! I was just in to get a oil change on my recent truck but he pulled me in getting interested in a newer vehicle and let me tell you the guy is AWESOME! again KLAITON I will forever be greatful for what you and the team there did for me..I'm loving my new 4runner and I Highly recommend you guys go see this man KLAITON..he will most def work hard to get you in a sweet a** ride!!😁👏🏾👏🏾 Thanks again KLAITON!!!

Online appointment for 20k service for my 2014 GR Corolla was super convenient and easily.
I anticipated that the service tech would not be familiar with my very rare high performance 300hp AWD GR vehicle for which the brake, diff, and transfer case fluids were included with Toyota Care at no cost. No fuss…a quick VIN check verified my claim.
The 2 hour service was quickly completed in little over an hour and I was out by 9AM !
Odometer was reset to zero saving my the trouble.
Wheels were properly rotated without a scratch to correct torque levels and air pressure. Oil pan bolt included new crush washer which Jiffy and Take 5 always fail to include. My Mercedes dealer would have provided a free loaner car and Latte, but charge me $2000 for the same service !!! Thanks, but no thanks! Oh, the coffee bar was a nice touch .
