Shoutout to Bayou City!!! 10/5 experience!!! As someone with a mental health diagnosis, i have never been treated so kind. Hospital is an understatement this place is great for healing!
Special thanks to my nurse Chaquawana, housekeeper Mario, Counselor James, the medical officer and MD and Tech JJ. Thank you all so much 🙏🏾i appreciate competent clinicians who can see past the label. First time i wasnt placed in a box to receive care. This stay meant everything to me.

This was my 1st time going to Bayou City ER. The staff was exceptional, they were absolutely wonderful. I received top tier care. Thank you all so much for the top tier service you all provided. From the receptionist to my nurses (Tiffany and Stephanie), the CT scan tech and Marco that does Housekeeping he was a pleasure to talk to what a sweet person. They did not disappoint at all.

Thanks for everything, Dr. YU! You and your team are phenomenal. This is my second time visiting 24/7 Bayou City ER & Hospital on McKay St in Humble since they recently reopened and I can honestly say the level of care we received exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate. They absolutely made sure we felt seen and cared for throughout the entire process.

The nurses were especially kind and reassuring, while taking the time to explain what was happening and making sure we were comfortable. The doctor was thorough, listened carefully to our concerns, and didn’t rush through the visit. We truly appreciated how everything was explained clearly, which helped ease a lot of our anxiety.

What stood out the most was how organized and efficient the team was while still being genuinely caring. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We’re very grateful for the care we received and would definitely recommend this Bayou City ER room to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

I came here in pain, and I came it a new main thanks to Brittany and Tiffany. They went above and beyond. I hope I don’t get sick again but if I do I’m coming here. Dr. Henderson was also wonderful, explained my procedure, he was warm and kind. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at this ER/hospital. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Boester was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt truly cared for and supported. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend

I had an amazing visit at Bayou City ER. Dr. Boester was absolutely the best—professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to my concerns. From the front desk staff and first-shift nursing staff was also incredible. They were professional, compassionate, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Boester, Ashley and the team definitely delivered true concierge care. Bayou City has a great friendly staff, very professional. If you’re looking for an ER with little to no wait time. This is the place.

This was my 1st time going to Bayou City ER. The staff was exceptional, they were absolutely wonderful. I received top tier care. It wasnt a long wait. They took me straight back. My RN nurse name was Ashley she was very kind, attentive and professional.. My Dr name was Dr Henderson he was also, kind and professional. He also, walked me through everything he was doing and explained why it was needed. If I ever need to go back to the ER it will definitely be at this location Bayou City ER in Humble Texas. Thank you all so much for the top tier service you all provided. From the receptionist to the nurse, the CT scan tech and the doctor. They did not disappoint at all.

When we got here Sara at the front greeted us and help my sister get to the room. the real pretty brown skin nurse came and talked with us and got the symptoms and such. Dr. Boester got us taken care of and squared away. everyone was very helpful and respectful and overall a very pleasant experience!!!
