This dealership was quick and easy to work with when getting my husband into a car. I truly commend them for making the purchasing process simple and fast.
Unfortunately, after my husband was involved in an accident with the vehicle, the customer service experience went downhill. We were never fully informed about the extent of the damages. We were only told that the repairs were extensive and that the insurance company wanted to total the vehicle. While the dealership did advocate for the vehicle to be repaired since we hadn’t had it long — which we appreciated — the communication afterward was extremely poor.
Communication with the representative, Jose, was unacceptable. I repeatedly requested updates, documentation of the damages, and a detailed list of parts being replaced, but was consistently given the runaround. On top of that, his tone became condescending. At one point, he asked my husband a question and then said, “Oh wait, or do I need to ask her?” — which was disrespectful and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I expected transparency and respect. Instead, I felt dismissed and spoken down to. Based on this experience, I would caution female customers about working with this representative. Clear communication and professionalism should not depend on who you are.

Maa’m I think you review is very unfair and not doing justice to us or to our employees . Account had cpi coverage and not full coverage insurance . Accident happened 2 days after purchasing the car . Instead of totaling the car and you guys losing your down payment like should have happened , We helped you stay with the car and keep it. You didn’t see the extent of the damages? Who drove the car ? You didn’t see the damages ? We helped by taking the car to a body shop , ordering all parts without making a penny just to help you stay with the car and that’s what we get ? Well thank you so much . We don’t repair cars we don’t have a body shop or a mechanic shop. We sell cars . We were just trying to help you keep the car and that’s what you have to say ? Well live and learn .

Please don't mess with these ppl no good cars and very disrespectful had a car not even a month and I had a oil leak key fob stop working sun roof wouldn't close fuel pump went out radio stop working all flood cars trust MAJOR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH THEIR CARS SO I KNOW THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND KNOWING THEIR CARS ARE 🍋 AND IF YOU BUY A CAR HERE YOU GOTTA BE DESPERATE FOR A CAR AND DONT SWIPE YOUR CARD FOR A DOWN PAYMENT TILL U KNOW ABOUT PICK UP PAYMENTS WHATEVER THAT IS I DROPPED 2250 ON A 2014 LINCOLN AND WHEN I WAS DONE DOING MY PAPERWORK WORK THEY SAID I GOT TWO 690 PAYMENTS DO ON MY NEXT CHECKS SOMETHING THEY NEVER MADE AWARE TILL AFTER THE SWIPED MY CAR THESE PPL IS A SCAM I GOT ME A NICE VEHICLE FROM SHABANA MOTORS WITH A 24000 MILE WARRANTY AND THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 30 DAYS FOR WARRANTY COMPLETE RIP OFF SO TRY SHABANA MOTORS BEFORE U DEAL WITH THESE RUDE A.. PPL

do not buy from this place !! they picked up my boyfriends car after 16 days past due with no notice , when we first got the car they told us as long as we communicate we should be fine , we were doing that and they still came and got the car with no warning when we tried to get the car back they said we had to bring the key before the could start processing the tow , once we brung the key they waited 48 hours just to tell us they cant give the car back and we have to find another place to finance the car in order for us to keep the car ! they took well over 3000 from us for a 2015 chevy impala with over 115,000 miles . do not get your car from this place ! they are janky !!! If my response is so irrelevant why even bother to respond? Because you know what you guys did was wrong and janky !

We will not reply with details online to keep your privacy but we expect to get payments on time . You will not be ok to get your paycheck not even 3 days late won’t you ? Your info about the miles and the car is incorrect and irrelevant .

I can not believe this dealership I been calling ever week since the end of January. They have been giving different down payments to me and others on the same suv, who also call to see if they was trying to scam people out of down payments. I really thought they was better than that. But I should have read the reviews. Glad God show me this is not a legit auto company.

BASIC BUY HERE PAY HERE SCAM DEALERSHIP. DURING HARVEY THEY TRIED TO CLAIM WATER DAMAGE ON OVER 100 CARS WITH A PROGRESSIVE POLICY. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE BEWARE!!!!

REALLY ???<br>We didn’t have no water damage in Harvey on any car on our inventory !!!<br>We haven’t claim for no water damage with progressive on no car or any other property !!!<br>We don’t have insurance with progressive on our cars !!!<br>We gladly accept progressive insurance for our customers when they chose progressive<br>Harvey happened 2 years ago<br>Did you just wake up from hibernating or something ?<br>REALLY ?
