I bought an "used" tire from this location last week. Today the same tire popped, I checked and it was the same tire I was trying to replace. All they did just patched it ( which they couldn't even do that right) and called it a day. The guy explained that he was looking for the right tire that took him 15 minutes to find. I had to call from a different number just so they can pick up the phone and do things right. They said the manager was out and she wasn't gonna be back for another 3 hours on top of that the guy said he forgot to tell the boss about the situation. Clearly they dont care. Reconsider if you're buying tires from this establishment if you dont want to scammed

Hello Aaron. Reach the location at Bissonnet to clear things up and replace your tire. Used tires can have incidents. Our front desk manager has been out a few days. The phone may not be helpful as they are quite busy. <br>We are sorry you had the incident.
