My mom was there. Every time I’d visit she would complain about the noise level how hot it would be in her room and some of the nurses bed side manners. I observed for a couple of days. Towards the evening I would drop in unannounced. She was most definitely telling the truth. I met maybe 2 nurses that were ok. The noise level at that time of the night was ridiculous. We wanted her home. The PT she didn’t have the strength to do because of the stress of being ill; not getting the proper rest; Not getting the proper amount of fluids. As soon as we gotten her home. She regained strength. The facility is nice. Just chk on your ppl. 😊

Before my mother was admitted here for rehabilitation to work on being able to walk again I was told this facility would be able to take care of managing her pain, and also provide her transportation to critical follow-up appointments that she had. They failed to take her to a critical follow-up appointment within a few days of being admitted there. When I asked why they claimed that the insurance would not cover the transportation, however I called and spoke with the insurance company and they said that they would cover it and that they didn't know what the facility was talking about or why they were making that claim. The more I questioned the facility the more their answers changed and morphed. We went from "insurance wouldn't cover it" to "the facility doesn't actually provide transportation arrangements". The more that I questioned what they were telling me the more their answers changed, and within a few hours of pushing back against their evolving explanations on the same day a doctor from this facility called me to say that my mother had extensive clotting and needed to go back to the emergency room. The emergency room said there was nothing new going on with her, and they had no idea what information this facility was going on or why they came to that conclusion. Now she has further expenses, and an extended recovery time dragging out what has already been a rather torturous health experience to begin with. It was also a constant battle for them to come and give her her medications, and they would allow long periods of time to lapse. She was only in this facility for a few days, and she was in extreme pain the majority of the time and said she felt like she was being tortured. During two of my visits I could hear patients in other rooms crying out for help and see the nurses ignoring their cries. I would avoid this place if you care about your loved one.

This place ain't it, they are fake and they give off this friendly persona at 1st then once your in they act like your suppose to be there 🙄

No internet and can’t even get signal on phone . Can’t even get a cup of coffee till kitchen opens up at 8 am . Can’t get local channel 2 . And the food is awful and they never bring silverware are butter and sugar . You have to ask for it .
