I have been here many times. They get you in fairly close to your appt time. They treat you with courtesy and respect. The facility is out of network for me, so I pay an arm and a leg each time, however, of all the places I have been for back injections, this facility has been the smoothest each time.

Mom has been there twice for 2 visits and each time the admin and staff have been so accommodating and welcoming. They kept mother calm and relaxed, even prayed with her. Just a pleasant visit each time.

The nurses and Dr. were all fine, but the office itself is small, crowded and a little sketchy, and the office staff and more importantly their billing department is TERRIBLE. My husband had neck injections there in September of 2023. He had already met his deductible shortly before that, but it had not all been reported, so he had to pay over $1000 for the services that day. (We understood this, and that was not a problem). The problem was trying to get a refund. My husband kept calling to try to get the refund, since all the other expenses paid were now showing that he had met his deductible. It took the place over 4 months and many phone calls to submit the service and payment to our insurance. They finally sent us a check in February. They spelled the street name wrong and we never got the check. My husband then called and finally talked to someone and had another check sent. This one came in March and my husband cashed it. In April, the check was cancelled that he cashed and the money was taken out of our account. We are still waiting for our money to be refunded!
There are so many places that you can go for this service, please be aware of this place and think twice. My husband has had this procedure at another place which was nice, cleaner and more friendly staff and we had no problems with billing.
This place was where his Dr. sent him, but we will NEVER go there again!

Waited a day before procedure to inform me the company had changed hands and no longer are in network requiring a $95 copay. Medicare scam in relationship with Dr Jose Reyes at Principle Spine & Pain in Pasadena. Stay away.

Had a procedure done here with Dr Dar and everything was exceptional from start to finish. He and the whole staff from front desk to the lady pushing my wheel chair to my awaiting car in parking lot ,there were superbly professional and friendly during my pain injection procedure. Thanks guys

My overall experience was very good. The sole reason I am not giving 4 or 5 stars is because one nurse there, albeit with very good intentions and out of kindness, held my hand and prayed over me. I am not a religious person and not a Christian (she did use mention "Jesus") and was very uncomfortable. I also found myself wondering how often this had happened with other non-Christians. While everyone was wonderful there, including this nurse, I found the praying unprofessional and presumptuous.
