The staff was exceptional—compassionate, attentive, and professional throughout the entire experience. The facility itself was very clean, modern, and welcoming. There was virtually no wait time, but even if there had been, the lobby is thoughtfully designed to keep patients comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this facility to others.

This was my second visit, and I was reminded why I chose this hospital again. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, the entire hospital was spotless, and the nurses and doctors provided exceptional care with heartfelt compassion and excellent bedside manner. The experience was truly comforting and trustworthy.

This place blew me away with how amazing it was. I have been to many other local ERs with family, and it's is a completey different type of place.
The staff treats you like they are glad you came there, they exceed every expectation.
It is cleaner than a NICE hotel.
Every doctor has an amazing bedside manner, are excellent are explaining what's wrong on a level easy to understand, and takes all the time you need to ask/answer questions.
And NO wait! I will never go anywhere else. This place is a God send.

I’ve been to Elite Urgent Care a few times now and every visit has been a really good experience. They actually take my pain and concerns seriously, which I appreciate more than anything.
They’re super fast too. I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes in the lobby. The staff is always nice and respectful, and the place is clean every single time I go.
Definitely one of the few places I don’t mind going to when I’m not feeling my best. Highly recommend.

Elite Care turned my unexpected mishap into a truly caring experience. From the moment I walked in (well… more like hobbled in 😅), the staff was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. During my bedrest, they even sent flowers and a get well card—talk about going the extra mile! Excellent care with a personal touch. 10 of 10 Highly recommend!🫡

Everyone is very nice and friendly. I went here for the first time and i love it. They work fast and really care about you. I had this one nurse who was extremely nice and took care of me and asked if i was okay and or needed anything. She made me feel comfortable with no worries. I think her name was Tara she also did my Ct Scan which was my first time experiencing a CT Scan. She made it a worry free experience. I love this place.! Thanks to everyone who made me feel better. ❤️🩹 ❤️

Have been going for over a year because of a major motorbike accident. Dr gukool dr Serrano Dr singgree are jus the best. They listen and understood I'm terrified of hospitals but this place is the best care anywhere. They made me feel comfortable and not afraid.

Everyone was super friendly and they took great care of my daughter. The nurse Megan and Craig were amazing, Nina with radiology was awesome!! Dr. Luu and his scribe Lauren were very thorough. And registration Jamie and Anh were very welcoming.
