The staff which would include doctors physical therapist occupational therapist nurses assistance were all so amazing. They were compassionate to everyone in the facility not just myself. Ms Natalie is the real superstar at that place she is a wonderful patient advocate. My experience was short very short of amazing I can't say enough good things about there if I ever have to do go back to a rehabilitation center I would definitely go back there

I loved everything about Encompass (except being away from family). The PT and OT team were amazing!! Along with the nurses and doctors!! They treated everyone with compassion and as though we were family. The food was really good and the rooms were spacious and kept really clean. Thank you to everyone at Encompass for helping me gain the strength to be successful with my recovery.

Excellent rehab all employees great at their jobs friendly and professional. Not one bad experience.all employees great but Rose nurse assistant stands out she is a hard worker kind and attentive to her patients.always a pleasant attitude willing to help keep her patients happy.all the nurses great at their job but Norma was one that stood out to. Friendly attitude and professional. Overall this rehab is top notch physical therapy dept did a great job getting me strong enough to go home after shoulder replacement 1 week stay there got me on my feet ..the food was good to always different things to choose from great selections.a first class facility. Would definitely recommend it to others.

My mother had the misfortune of experiencing mistreatment, disrespect, and neglect in a couple of rehabilitation centers. However, her experience at Encompass Rehab was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the exceptional care and compassion provided by the nurses, physician, physical therapist, housekeeping staff, and everyone she encountered. On behalf of my mother and family we extend our sincerest gratitude to the entire team for their invaluable assistance in my mother's knee surgery healing and recovery process. I have been here for two weeks. It has been one of the best medical experiences of al lifetime filled with medical experiences. Everyone here has been truly exceptional, helpful, kind, and caring. I could not have asked for a better experience and appreciate each and every person here. Thank you.

The food has been excellent. Served on schedule healthy delicious portions.

Most of the nursing staff was helpful and professional. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly for the most part. Some night shift nurses were short tempered and slow to respond to bathroom assistance. Food was always cold and unappealing. Morning coffee was always cold. One lunch meal was unidentifiable, tasted horrible, even to the nurses. Therapy staff is the best around. They were kind and patient. Medication dosage was incorrect on several counts, which was very concerning, and had to be stated so several times until it was understood and corrected.

The Encompass Humble facility and staff were fantastic. Every employee we encountered was professional, friendly and eager to help us. The therapy sessions were modified daily to gain the best results. Amanda (OT) and Latifah (PT) were phenomenal. Thank you for an amazing stay.

My mom spent 2 weeks at Compass, she was not the easiest patient to deal with so I am very grateful for the staff that had patience to work with her. The staff continued to keep me updated on her progress. I facility is nice and always clean.

I spent 2 1/2 weeks at Encompass after a severe femur fracture landed me in Conroe hospital on July 5 2025, resulting in surgery that evening to place a surgical rod in my femur to stabilize the bone. After a week in Conroe I was transferred to Encompass on July 11 and stayed there until July 30. My stay was nothing but great. The staff all the way from the front desk, kitchen, techs, nurses, Physical and occupational therapist, doctors, and case management were fantastic. When I first arrived I could hardly do anything on my own, from going to the bathroom to walking. Yet at my discharge date I was walking with a walker, and taking care of a lot of my basic needs. The transformation was unbelievable. I will forever be grateful for my time at this hospital and will recommend it to anyone in need of short term rehabilitation. Thank you Encompass, I don't know what I would have done without y'all.
