If I could give 2 different reviews I would. The therapist are awesome, very caring and make you feel like family. The nurses not so much. But still every business has 1 or 2 rotten apples.

I arrived on a Friday Night. I Had Hip Replacement.
Due to short staff on weekends, they did not get me out bed till Noon on Monday, which was very upsetting. My body stiffened up so much and was hurting. It’s a waste of money to enter on a weekend.
The food was horrible. They serve and heat up in these plastic brownish food server with a lid which creates a horrible smell. They did change this for me. They served my food in plastic containers.
Then room next to me had a patient that would scream and cuss for over an hour once to twice a day and night, which caused major anxiety for me. They never offered to move me to another room. I was ready to go home because of this.
The therapy was not the best. I have had 4 surgeries in 3 years. I’ve been in many rehab facilities. This one is not top of list for me.
The staff is very friendly and so are the doctors.

I had the best experience with everyone from PT. Shoutout to Crystal (OT) - she is phenomenal! She’s funny, compassionate, and catapulted me towards achievable goals. With the nursing staff I had good and bad experiences. It’s a toss up depending on which nurse I got. One evening shift nurse didn’t come to my room until after 50 minutes. When she came she said she had a break. That’s a red flag right there. Another night nurse as I was admitted asked me a final question at 10pm. “Would you like to donate your organs”?
That said it was an experience.

Most of the nursing staff was helpful and professional. The atmosphere is upbeat and friendly for the most part. Some night shift nurses were short tempered and slow to respond to bathroom assistance. Food was always cold and unappealing. Morning coffee was always cold. One lunch meal was unidentifiable, tasted horrible, even to the nurses. Therapy staff is the best around. They were kind and patient. Medication dosage was incorrect on several counts, which was very concerning, and had to be stated so several times until it was understood and corrected.
