Excellent place we loved it VERY clean beds are comfy. Air conditioning was beautiful 😁 I'm a big review person so I rely on other people's reviews so I hope this helps you make a decision on if you plan to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Houston Galleria Area and was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful.
Mia at the front desk was especially exceptional at her job. I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless.
The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience. Overall, this was an amazing stay with an outstanding team, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston Galleria area.

Overall good price for location and free breakfast. Do not like paper plates and plastic forks...food is decent. Hotel is modern and clean. Great location for Memorial City visits. Traffic can be heavy on feeder access at rush hours. Ask for top floor. Sounds and clomping travel down to lower floor. Rooms have thoughtful furniture for travelers...no huge dresser...instead a wide platform for luggage. Closet space is adequate. Water pressure and hot water good. Staff is friendly! Plenty of free parking. Recommended. I will stay again.

It’s very comfortable and clean. Beds are nice and supportive but also soft. It is right next to a VERY LARGE interstate highway, so my room continuously had car noise. I found it actually hypnotic in the early morning but I did put on background music to fall asleep. Staff are friendly. Fitness room is well equipped. Breakfast is not complimentary and their complimentary morning coffee bar is very skimpy - decaf, tea, and dairy substitutes would be really nice!

She made the check-in process smooth and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate her kindness and assistance during my stay.

recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Houston IHG Katy Freeway, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel has been newly renovated, so everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable.
A special mention to Jennifer at the front desk, along with the rest of the front desk team—they were extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The service team was also very polite and attentive, which added to the positive experience.
One thing to keep in mind is the breakfast policy. Complimentary breakfast is only included for two adults, and there are additional charges for others. It’s best to confirm this while booking to avoid any surprises.
Overall, a clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff service. Would definitely consider staying here again.
