I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years. I even drive past other oil change places to come to this location. The location on Main Street in Pearland. I went in yesterday for my normal oil change. I hadn’t been in since last August. I was the only one there along with three employees. I was left waiting in my car for minutes before anyone even came out. I got out and then they finally came. Not sure what they were doing because again no one else was there. Once I arrived. Jon G. Asked what I needed, and I said an oil change. He said same as last time and I said yes, I think so. The reason I said think so is because in the past, I was always spoken to about the services that we're going to be performed along with being told what was checked and what needed to possibly be done. During my entire time here, the only thing that was told to me was that I needed new windshield wiper blades. Funny, because I had just replaced them a month or two ago. They are high-end windshield wipers and I know that they did not need to be replace so I declined. That is the only thing that they spoke to me about. I had to ask about my air filter and cabin filter, and the response I got was " Oh yeah, they looked pretty white." I shook my my head and said OK are you sure? Pretty white after 9 months I think not. I feel like they did nothing that they usually do to my car. I could see from my view. Nonetheless, when everything was done, I went to the register and was told my total was nearly $100. I had a $26 coupon, but still was charged over $75 for something not even fully discussed with me. I would not have chosen the oil change they did, but again I was not spoken to or confirmed with what they were going to do. I think I got completely ripped off. And all I got was a "oh sorry" response. I was upset to say the least. I will not be returning to this location and neither will any of my family members. And I will be sure to tell all my friends in Pearland as well. I feel like these employees need to be brought back to the basics. Very disappointing.

I've gone to Jiffy Lube for my cars oil changes for 20 years. I will no longer go there as they gave me the cheapest of the cheap oil 20W without asking me. I thought they would looked up my license plate and would give me what I usually get which is synthetic oil. I saw them getting oil from a box 20W! I have a 2021 Honda Accord, not a 1960's GMC.
It cost close to $100.00. I'm done with this place.

Dishonest business! Took my fleet vehicle in for an oil change today. Since it’s a fleet vehicle I didn’t pay attention to the receipt until after I left. Charged for both wipers replaced ($80)…still the old wipers on the truck. Charged for a tire rotation ($30)…I didn’t see them lift the truck much less take any of the tires off. I’m all for charging the fleet company for everything they’ll pay for, but do the work you say you’re doing. This is just fraud. That is also not my signature. I will NOT be returning to this location…AND they don’t even refill the windshield wiper fluid!
