Amazing experience at Tommy Vaughn! My husband and I purchased a 2022 F-150 yesterday and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. We saw it online and ours salesman JP had it ready for a test drive the moment we arrived. Jason in financing got us a great deal. We’ve been to a few dealerships in search of an F-150 over the past few weeks and none of them have come close the service we received here!

My family has purchased our last 5 vehicles through Tommy Vaugh and with the same salesman, David Watson. Purchasing a new vehicle is very stressful . Working with David helps ease that stress. He informed me of options for the best rebate deals. Once I was approved, signing all the papers was a pretty quick process. Andres Garcia in financing was very professional and explained any questions I had throughly.
I will continue to be part of the Ford family, and refer my family and friends.

The special advertised through the Ford app was not honored when service was completed on my car. I was not happy that I did not receive the advertised price because it seemed directly marketed to me and my car profile. They did find a nail in my tire and gave me an estimate for patching the leak before repair, and it was reasonable.

Came on a Saturday. They were slow. Had 5 techs standing around the garage doing absolutely nothing. Most places make a 5 minute oil change. This place is home of the 5 hour oil change.

Don't bother going here, not worth what you will pay in any other quick lane. The techs here lost the oil pan skid plate cover on my Raptor and tried claiming it was never there. Thieves and incompetent.

Prompt and efficient. Offered to use my Ford points instead of cash without me asking. The inspection part was real. They caught something the original dealer missed. Great communication.
I have been coming here for almost a decade. Without exception, every single time I come in I am greeted with a smile. The advisors remember my name and ask how I’m doing. The service is quick and thorough. If I need additional services, everything is explained to me. I have to mention Lisa as she treats me like a friend each time I see her. She is not only personable and caring, she is exceptional at her job. Thanks to Lisa and to Tommy Vaughn Quick Lane!
Word of warning: Tommie Vaughn adds a 3.5% fee to the total when paying by credit card. Maybe they have this posted somewhere, but I didn’t notice it till I got home. I don’t know about you, but I don’t usually anticipate having to bring cash when doing ~$400 bucks in service costs. I made my appointment online, but you they have two separate areas on their website to make appointments, one for service and one for the quick lane. I guess I chose the quick lane which does not do diagnostics or recalls. They should just have one place to make a appointment that sends you to the right place based on what you need. At the end, they the service advisors were nice and I got what I needed done.

Growing up I was always told to never take a vehicle back to the dealership.
Tommie Vaughn Ford proved that theory wrong by offering above and beyond customer service paired with vehicle services to match! From the people in the parts department helping me find schematics to go with parts for my 97 f250 7.3l diesel to the quick lane department, I’m amazed at their knowledge and willingness to help out. Also they’re pricing for vehicle maintenance is unbeatable even compared to other ford dealerships.
I will not take my Ford anywhere else in town. I appreciate y’all!
