When I first arrived to the front desk, I was welcomed by Vanessa, she was very pleasant, professional, and friendly, and more important (helpful). Bradley handled the estimate, and body work, after speaking with him I had no doubt my car was in good hands, he walked me through every step of the process, he to was very friendly, and professional, he made me feel at home, great gentleman 😊, Vanessa had Jason an employee give me a ride home, it was unexpected and I was greatful, what a very warm and friendly young man, I felt like I knew him for years,in fact I felt that way about the whole staff. Outstanding work, they got the job done before the timeframe, cleaned my car inside out to perfection, also unexpected (The car looked like it was never hit) Thank you!!! for all you did to put a smile on my face 😊, and to make it affordable for my pocket. I had a great experience with this body shop! They did an excellent job replacing my front bumper and repairing the dents and scratches on my vehicle. The quality of their work was outstanding — everything looks brand new, and the repairs were done with great attention to detail. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate the care they put into their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing body repairs. Great service and great results!
5/5 would give 10/10 if I could, I’ve used Santa Ana multiple times for personal use and/ or through a claims process and they’ve been nothing but great. Very friendly staff & very fast service. Today I came in for bolts to my undercarriage that no other shop could do w/ out getting specifics from Tesla prior, Santa Ana didn’t have that problem.
Highly recommend choosing Santa Ana Body Shop for repairs and services. Very professional staff, as well as great communication. Took my car in for repairs under an insurance claim, constantly kept me updated. They detailed in describing the updates of my repair. I’ve never taken my car into a shop due to an insurance claim, and I was not disappointed. Brad was great, took the time to explain the whole process to me, listed numerous factors and outcomes of insurance claims. Kept in contact with the insurance adjuster to ensure the repair was in accordance with the given estimate. You can tell he definitely has experience in the field.

Bradley was very helpful with my car. I had a minor issue with my bumber being dislodge. He was able to fix it in little to no time and did not charge me. Not saying he works for free but it just shows the care they have for their customers. I recommend this shop to anyone who need car repairs.

Came in after a dog rode in the bed and scratched the sides of my truck fearing the worst. Service team came out gave me a quick estimate and assured me they could buff everything out good as new. Expecting a couple hundred in paint work, these guys got my truck in the next day, buffed it out and had the truck rolling for $100 total. Fantastic work and great service. Everyone was super helpful, straightforward, and easy. Definitely recommend this place and wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.
