Went in for a mammogram , the front desk employees were super sweet and quick w my check-in. I sat down for 2 minutes. I was called to the back and went straight for my exam. Very productive and professional. I was out in 10 minutes. Super satisfied and I would recommend this place to all the women in my life .

The staff was amazing and Stephanie in recovery and discharge was absolutely wonderful at explaining the procedures and home care. Everyone was very accommodating and Dee Rose went above and beyond making sure I was taken care of. I definitely hope they get a wonderful salary increase for their wonderful care.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, who had any hand in my care for my colonoscopy was wonderful. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, COMPETENT, caring, friendly, anticipatory, courteous. They were all part of what appeared to be a well oiled machine, and they all appeared to get along well with each other in their working situation (which lessens my anxiety). The doctor went out of his way to accommodate my particular situation. There was not a single thing that I can complain about, and I commend everyone there -the doctor, the nurses, the medical support personnel, the administrative personnel, everyone - for a job very well done. The facility is beautiful there at the O’Quinn Medical Tower. We are very lucky to have medical services like this available. Thank you for asking.

I Thank you very much for the professional, empathetic, skilled , gentle treatment and overall care. Every discipline and patient service providers were most kind. I want to acknowledge the Building Greeter at the driveway, the guard stationed at the desk , the presence of the security personnel . The patient registration team members were graceful and lighthearted , warm. I gladly paid my financial obligation. Food Service was 'Tasty' a basic turkey and cheese sandwich was satisfying while I waited for a room. Next morning the breakfast served and young lady who delivered the meal was most pleasant and efficient, food service director has a great team . The Veggie Frittata Omelette was delicious, like cruise ship chef quality. Glowing Appreciation to my referring orthopedist and Surgeon schedule Physician Assistant and nursing Staff at the click and the hospital . All associated medical disciplines on the team, including the Chaplain, so comforting. I believe acknowledgement of everyone on this important, this the details. I am recuperating well and very grateful to all of you. My family is pleased and appreciative as well .I now have a new knee and improved mobility at age 72 . a retired LCSW from NYC , proud to boost about your world class medical intervention services. We had a wonderful experience at St. Luke's hospital. The staff in every department we went to for pre operation testing was helpful and professional. They gave us great confidence that my husband will receive excellent care in his upcoming procedure. Bonus was the food in Bertner Cafe was delicious!

Every single nurse and Dr I have met, I have been treated by, all surgeons, test, follow up visits post op have been Amazing. Very caring and concerned with my care, Diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend My Heart surgeon and Team, My heart failure Dr Nair May God Bless Him,

Dr.Shanda Blackmon is a fantastic doctor. I couldn't have possibly found a better doctor to do my huge hiatal hernia repair. She is very personalable, kind, and explains everything completely, made me feel totally at ease. I had No anxiety at all going into surgery. My recovery has been the better than I could have anticipated. I have had literally minimal pain, not enough to require a medication. I would recommend her to everyone needing a thoracic surgery. Baylor St. Lukes hospital's entire staff was fantastic from admission to discharge. I had the best nursing care, dietation training on discharge, someone to see if I needed in home care after discharge. They leave nothing unanswered. I would recommend this hospital and Dr. Blackmon to any and everyone needing the care they offer. I was not disappointed but blown away by the care and kindness I received. May God bless each and everyone that took care of me.

The WORST hospital EVER!!! The 2 stars are for the great surgeons only...and they deserve 5 but hospital brought it down. Had only 1 elevator working, told it's been like that for over a year, staff at desk don't want to work, they are rude and will not go out of their way to help. Do not keep family informed and when you ask they act like you are putting them out. Rooms are DISGUSTING...tv didn't work and they NEVER fixed it even though told they were on their way. Breakfast super late and it tasted horrible...and I eat just about anything. Bathroom in my room was falling apart, toilet size of elementary school. Cleaning lady came in and swept half the room but did not clean the bathroom. When released by Dr I was told had to wait for employee to wheel me downstairs...waited over an hour and never showed up so I walked myself out. Valet was also below par...both times my wife used them they did not ask for ticket before releasing vehicle to her. My wife had OHS there 15 years ago and she HATED every moment there...they gave her PTSD...needless to say they have not improved in the 15 years.

By far one of the best experiences in a hospital setting that I’ve been to. Methodist & Memorial don’t even come close! The medical staff was very attentive & the facility was up to date, super clean, organized, & the rooms were very spacious - particularly the bathroom. Waking up from anesthesia in recovery was very comfortable. I was never left alone & the nurse was by my side the entire time. She even accompanied me & my husband into the bathroom to help me change. She also wheeled me from recovery to my waiting car.

Everyone was professional, extremely nice & had excellent bedside manners! From check-in to the nurses aid, the 2 sweet before & after care nurses, the masterful & fun anesthesiologist & my fabulous eye surgeon Dr. Emily Weiberger! Highly recommend this GREAT team at Baylor Jamal Eye Clinic!
