I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for maintenance since I bought my vehicle 2 years ago. Samuel is great and informative. Honda mechanics have all done A+ work on my vehicle. I never have any issues after taking my vehicle in for maintenance. Thank you for keeping my CRV running like new. The waiting area is comfortable, the popcorn and coffee machine capuchinos are the bomb.

I had a recent experience at Team Gillman Honda North that I would like to share. Customer service rep Theresa was so incredibly courteous, professional, patient and efficient. She anticipated my questions and was ready with information at any given moment. Though it was unexpected to have to leave my car there over a few nights to complete repairs, she cheerfully arranged for my loaner, clearly outlined my responsibilities and expectations, kept in very consistent and timely communication with me at every step of the repair process and left my information in the system so efficiently that the closer at the service department knew exactly what I needed when I came to pick up my car.
She obviously was excellent at her job, treated me as a person, was very respectful and friendly, and went over and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one.
Several other interactions with various other employees made me feel like a valued customer, while being lighthearted enough to put a smile on my face as I went through what could have been a much less enjoyable experience.
I feel that since the remodel of the facility, which seemed to take FOREVER, a lot more emphasis has been placed on offering excellent customer service, and it shows! Thank you TGHN!

Amazing service by Ethan G. He and the Honda Team there were very professional, quick and easy. They told me straight what needed to be done and what to expect. So, excellent service. Also, I had an unrelated issue with a tire (nail) the day after the service and Ethan took care of it in no time. 100% recommended!

WOW THIS IS THE BEST HONDA DEALERSHIP EVER! Samuel was SO HELPFUL and SO KIND! After a botched oil change from a different dealership and a warning that popped up during my drive, I had to make an emergency stop near this location. Had my car towed there and Samuel and the team took care of everything afterwards. Their videos and explanations of everything that happened to my car were so informative. They made me feel so much safer with entrusting my car in their hands. They also expedited the process within the day to make sure I was able to make it home quickly and safely. So beyond happy with the service here :) thank you Samuel! Highly recommend!

Customer service was excellent! Quinton (hope I spelled that correctly) was a pleasure to work with. He was engaging, friendly, and an absolute joy to work with. He even offered some great recommendations for us to find great Mexican restaurants as we are new to the area. He made my wife and I, who are new to the area, feel like we were talking to a friend. Thanks to him, Team Gillman has ensured that any future needs we have, we will definitely be coming back. Great car service and even better customer service! 5/5 or 10/10 whatever the rating scale is, he was perfect.
All the staff was very kind, they explained everything very well and made all clear. You have different choices, so you can find something that fits your budget. Overall, a good customer service experience.
Service was great took a little longer than expected but overall great customer service everyone walk pass me asked if I was being taking care of and offered me water. I originally called to replace my Daytime running light LED strip on my 16 accord sport wanted to see how much it would cost but when I called set up the appointment lucky for me it was still under warranty so that was a win for me that the service advisor was able to look that up for me. And Bryan took good care of me and kept updating me on the car and explained how much warranty I had left with miles and times frame so overall excellence service since the transition to the gillman team. Good job everyone
