Allowing only one parent to attend an appointment with their child, when both parents have received the COVID vaccine, is irresponsible and ridiculous.

It is so sad that a doctor refused to see my 10 year old daughter who just had an eye surgery because of these COVID-19 policies no more than a parent per patient. What about single Moms who have children where should they leave them? At least when you did these stupid policies consider the patient and their families situations too.

Initially I went to another eye specialist for a blocked tear duct. After he probed around for a lengthy period of time, he was unable to clear my tear ducts. He worked on my eye so long I also passed out from discomfort. Today I went to Dr. Richard Allen at Texas Children's. In a short time, he quickly cleared both tear ducts in a painless and quick procedure! Very impressive!

Friendly, helpful. they are great with my son. Don't mind that I take all my kids. The wait time is not too bad. I arrived early, so it took a while. They have valet.. which for me is great. I hate having to find somewhere to park.

Dr.Evans is the best. I wish I could give her 5 stars. The facility however, is slow and inefficient. You end up waiting 30-45mins in the patient room for someone to come in. When you schedule your appointment, cancel the rest of your day. The nurse Rosario is terrible and I have requested she not touch my child anymore. She ignores your questions and moves at a snails pace to do anything.

It's a very nice place to go when in need of help. I live really far from here but I've been coming here for 13+ years. All the staff is nice and helpful. They always have a great attitude and cooperate to do what they need to do to make someone feel very comfortable. And I love the cafeteria.

Great service with assistants n Drs however the front desk lady Shantall is very very rude is not the first time I’ve had a problem with her she doesn’t care if your baby is running high fevers of 103. She will still make u go 3 days after !!! I have complain about her several times and she still acts the same way !!! I can’t believe her !!!
