Worst hospital for nurse care. Shay, is a one of the worst Had to call the charge nurse to get my meds which were 5 hous late. MIMI COMES IN AFTER Shay. Julie S comes in after Mimi. Blown veins no excuse for this treatment. I would never ever be admitted to this horrible faculty ever again.
I must say NURSE KENNEDY, NURSE TRUMAN AND MORGAN WERE THE ONLY STAFF THAT ARE ON THEIR GAME AND REALLY CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. THANK YOU 3 if I didn’t have ya 3 when I first were admitted I woulded left AMA
I checked in at the ER around 2pm… it is 7:25pm and I’m leaving the ER. The er had two ppl in the waiting room. When entering the ER the nurse took my virals, no fever at this time. You could hear me whizzing as I breath. I’m coughing so hard I am throwing up. I have diarrhea, coughing, aches, chest hurts. When the nurse took me to my holding room… no bed just recliners, she did a flu and COVID swab. At 5:40 pm she came back in the room and to redo the COVID test because the lad ran it as strep throat instead of COVID. On my charts it clearly reads NO ALBUTEROL, what is the very first medication that so called dr prescribes for me… ALBUTEROL. Glad I was coherent enough to say, I can’t have ALBUTEROL. So the nurse goes and checks with the doctor and he says oh, just use a humidifier.
Next time I’ll go to the Methodist ER here in old Magnolia. Wonder what would the hospital say if I sent them a bill for five hours of my time sitting in a room with recliners? And not one single person checked on me the whole time I was sitting in that room.

I took my daughter there this morning and they still haven't told me anything... it's 11 pm! And nobody's telling us anything. And that's without even knowing how much tonight's stay is going to cost.

Was a good hospital long time ago. Last couple times I took my kids there it was a pointless drive. My 8 year old has a cough so bad he can barely breathe! Got there, nurses took a covid and flew test both came back negative, waited in room over 30 mins for the doctor to walk in, never even touched my children. To say, it's just a viral cough give them over the counter allergy meds. Took them to a different hospital and was told they both had phenomena! My 8 year old needed a breathing treatment as soon as he was seen! Tomball is a joke and a waste of time and money!

They treated me like royalty, oh and they saved my life , it almost felt like a vacation instead of a horrible battle for life and death , they made sure I was always fed and had every need met.
And let me tell you I'm a bit used to the fiber things in life and they still exceeded all expectations .
If dying I would absolutely return here.
For context, I had pneumonia and I had to have fluids removed and another surgery. It was very serious or at least it felt that way to me.
