I went in for a procedure on 7/29/26. Arrival time 6:30am. Front desk 10/10 get out of procedure Mary on of the nurses highly unprofessional. Didn’t wait for me to be lucid. I’m half in and out of the medicine. Mary half dressed me opened up the curtain with other patients about to see me exposed if my husband wouldn’t have stopped it. Then as he addressed the problem she responded with you got the wrong one. Made me
wonder if I was the only patient this has happened to me from this facility.

All the staff was exceptional. David the physical therapist and Fonda the nurse were bar none. They genuinely cared and provided solutions to make life better. I give props to all!

The Tops Kingwood is outstanding. Everyone is sweet and very professional. It's a small office but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. I especially appreciate being able to make appointments online and complete all necessary paperwork online before I go for my appointment. I was just there and was literally in and out in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Tops for your mammogram.

It is one most pleasant and peaceful Surgical Centers I’ve ever experienced. You go from being apprehensive about your upcoming surgery or procedure to an enormously, emotional peaceful state of mind. The staff is great, knowledgeable, professional and proficient at their jobs. The Surgeons from KSF are top notch. Definitely refer and recommend.

Very calm and comfortable office. Everyone was so helpful and made the process go smoothly. I took my mother for her mammagram and of course had to take my little ones 😒 with me, the girl at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating, she gave my 3yr old alittle ball to entertain himself and made the waiting process easier with a toddler running around all over the place. Very good location.

The entire operation at this TOPS breast center runs like a well oiled machine. It was my second time going for a CEM. Everyone does their job efficiently and you get out of there in record time.
I loved having the radiologist come into the room and personally give me their report at the end. I will continue receiving services at this location.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years and have always appreciated the quality of care. The mammography technicians are outstanding, professional, kind, reassuring, and they do an excellent job of helping patients feel as comfortable as possible during what can be a very stressful experience.

Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different from what I’ve experienced in the past. The front desk staff no longer seemed welcoming, and the receptionist was not friendly or empathetic. Given that many patients arrive anxious about their mammogram and the possibility of difficult news, a warm and compassionate greeting can make a significant difference.

What was even more concerning was that there were two additional staff members at the front desk having a loud conversation about other coworkers and the culture at other clinics. It felt very unprofessional and inappropriate for patients to overhear. The lights in the front reception area were also off despite the clinic being open, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere.

I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns because the clinical staff provide excellent care. However, the front office experience is an important part of patient care, and based on this visit, I may have to consider another imaging center in the future.

I have used Tops for many years for all of my Bone density and mammograms. They are wonderful. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable with both procedures.

I was so happy to have my surgery at TOPS compared to HCANW. Night and day difference with the staff. They were extremely kind and patient from the pre surgery team to the post surgery team. The nurses in the back were so kind and funny made it a pleasant experience. Anesthesia was less than perfect for me and I was super nauseous but it cleared out in 24 hours. I've been to larger hospitals such as Methodist medical center for surgery and this was the most pleasant experience to date. The one thing I wasn't a fan of was how small the rooms were while they were prepping you for surgery.

Everyone here was very prepared for me. My records and forms were ready, the staff was very relaxed and had a calming effect on me. They were all friendly, efficient, but caring. As enjoyable experience as possible with this particular test.
