Today I had a small procedure done at this location. From the time I stepped inside, I was treated like royalty. From the ladies at the from desks to the nurses that prepped me for surgery, they all went over and above to make me feel safe and comfortable. I also must acknowledge the anesthesiologist. He was amazing. Thanks for this wonderful experience. Y’all are awesome. I was at Townsen -West

I was referred by Angie to Townsen Memorial Imaging in Humble, which is not only convenient, efficient, and clean, but also very organized and professional. I had an MRI done there and my report was ready the very next day. They also made sure I received the disc for my orthopedic surgeon, which helped facilitate my surgery without delays. The entire process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr .Dumitru is a great Dr with exception of the receptionist she’s very rude and unprofessional ask questions she perfer to scroll through social media then pay attention to the patient or family members needs rolls eyes and breath hard appt was scheduled for 9:30 am on 3/5/26 was there until after 1 receptionist when to lunch didn’t even have the common courtesy to inform the waiting area she heading out not the fact the they were short staff

I had back surgery on 7/1/2025 @ Townsen Memorial Humble 1476 farm to market 1960 bypass rd E Humble Tx 77338. During my surgery, my front tooth was broken off and I swallowed my crown with the post. In recovery I realized that my tooth was missing. I told the nurse and she started looking in the surgery room. They decided to X-ray and saw it in my stomach. The anesthesiologist ,Dr Garcia didn’t even know that he had broke my tooth off. The hospital is not willing to pay for a replacement tooth. The nurses were fantastic. I was never able to talk to the person that would help me regarding my broken out tooth. No calls returned.

I went there today, Friday, February 20. Had a breakfast taco told them I didn’t eat meat so the ladies offered me a potato egg and cheese taco and when she told me it was gonna be the best taco I ever had She was not lying. It was so delicious hot and fresh. I wish I lived Or worked close cause this little cafe is truly a hidden gem the ladies Made you so welcomed there like we had been friends for years great jobs, Miss Lisa and Karina❤️

Had a procedure done on 1/20/26 and everyone there was more than wonderful. Everything was explained very well, I was taken care of very well and they came out and reassured my wife during the procedure and afterwards as well. Couldn't have been taken care of any better than everyone at Townsen.

Dr. Joseph, you are honestly the worst doctor that I had ever met and I really hope that you can get right with Jesus because he is coming back soon and I hope that you can ask for forgiveness to all the people that you’ve treated so poorly including me, I was there tonight and I had never in my life had somebody in my entire life treat me so poorly you are honestly a joke of a doctor and I will be praying for you. I pray that you find in your heart that you know that you were wrong because if you don’t, we all know where we go. you will be in my prayers, and I will say this one more thing I think the nurse who was so kind to me and who was there for me whenever I was put down and left in a room crying Joseph, you are not a doctor and you must not like your job, but I will say do not judge and say what people are before you know who they are thank you to the sweet lady nurse who is there to comfort me when Joseph was awful to me you even have a name from the Bible you would think you would be more pleasant
