Came here to drop off a family friend and hadn’t eaten breakfast yet. I decided to go to the cafe not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was actually delicious and they actually cook the food!
I had the sausage breakfast sandwich with hash browns and pancake and had to go for seconds! The staff Karina & Lisa are so kind and attentive! Made me feel like I was a regular 🙂 they deserve double what they’re getting paid. Well worth it!
My husband just had surgery here at Townsen Memorial Hospital Humble yesterday and this is by far the most professional, caring, and attentive hospital we have ever been to and we have been to MANY! The nurses , staff and doctors & anesthesiologists are top notch. The food is excellent. The care received is A++. If you're planning to have surgery, this is the place to choose.
Although y’all are very small hospital, I was very grateful for the kitchen staff, namely Karina and Lisa, who were so welcoming and hospitable. We had an overnight stay after my husband‘s back surgery and Karina made sure that everything we ordered was exactly what we needed, and she took care of the small details and once again the next morning when Lisa brought him his breakfast, it hit the spot. We were there fro Wednesday the 4th through the morning of the 5th. Good job ladies working in the kitchen. I’m sure it’s not an easy job always having to meet the demands of the public, but they had a great attitude and took pride in what they were doing.

I had a hernia surgery at the Spring location and it was excellent. All the staff, nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologist were so professional and very considerate throughout the whole process, including following up with me for the coming days after surgery! I had major surgery which took them no time at all to complete, and had a very smooth recovery, using no pain killers or opiates and only THC for pain management. They were very transparent with billing and had good communication throughout the entire process. 10/10, would highly recommend!!!
I just got home from surgery and I'm so impressed by the team who took care of me today I had to leave a review immediately. I wish I could remember her name, but I can be a complex case with anesthesia, and the anesthesiologist here was fantastic. This is the first time I've ever come out of surgery not overwhelmed with nausea or vomiting. She is amazing. I wish I could have her for any and all future surgeries.
Everyone was so kind and I genuinely feel like they took excellent care of me. Thank you all so much.
My mother had a spinal surgery here. At first we were a bit weary because it’s a small privately owned hospital with 5 beds, however it was a really great experience: I would like to mention our CNA Jean was outstanding. She was very compassionate with my mother following her surgery and the next day. Latarsha is another employee that deserves accolades because she was very patient and paid close attention to my mother’s stability. She noticed immediately that her drain pump was disconnected from her wound and called the nurse in immediately. The nurse Cherie wasn’t sure he she accurately reconnected it and told my mom she would have a supervisor come check but no one ever came in. When Latarshia came in to walk with my mother she confirmed Annette spoke with her supervisor of the button she pressed and that she reconnected the device correctly. So she gave my mom reassurance all is okay. We just got approved for in patient rehabilitation and my mother will be transferred soon.
Last note - receptionist was very friendly and the food at this hospital is delicious!!!
Had an amazing stay here at Townsen Memorial Hospital. My Nurse's Lecha and Kee were the best RN'S ever, very attentive and knowledgeable in helping with my care. Also, my Tech Latarshia and Nancy were so sweet and very good at her job, keeping my room clean and bringing anything I needed. Having a total knee replacement is not easy but these ladies made my stay easy, comfortable and made this process so much more that what I anticipated. Thank you so much for your compassion, knowledge and caring for me, I so appreciate you all! I highly recommend this hospital 100%
Amazing place staff and service. It started off with Christine in the ER starting my IV that I never even felt. Then on to KEE as my floor nurse who I could just hug for days and her wonderful assistant Iris who was so so sweet who also assisted Lovely. My girl Latarshia who I love and Tess as my floor nurse who put up with me. I was blessed to have Lovely as my floor nurse and she was truly truly a blessing to have right after surgery. She was there at my Becken and call. Love you all!!!!
My husband had back surgery today 12-26-24 . The staff was incredibly helpful. Nurses Shera and Latarshia were very patient with us because he was in so much pain post op. It was a little exasperating. But in no time comfort came and later he was ready to walk and he was all smiles again . He was back to himself. 😊
Came in for a surgery and the staff was great Dr. J. Carson and my nurses worked very professionally. I was well treated and help, they have very good work ethics. One of the best hospitals I have attended, and won't hesitate to seek their services when needed!!! Highly recommended!!
