Be honest we had problems at first with admission of my sister, Was unable to get information, I call the guy who handles complaints, he assured me that it would be taken care of.On the same day.Very great therapist Roma. Call to keep you up with the patient.

Great rehab hospital. The staff, nurses, nurses techs and case worker Lindsey Johnson all worked way beyond what i would have expected. I will and have already recommended Encompass to my doctor and others.

It's really important to make sure when a patient is in a chair or bed the call button is readily visible and close he had a couple times where he couldn't find it. I can't recommend Pam rehab highly enough for people who want to regain good balance and streng

Worst patient care in the ER. The day shift here sucks really bad. They are so rude, nasty, and have no regard for patients being sick and feeling down. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a short nasty attitude. Avoid going here during the day
