I went to the ER for severe body pain, rated at an 8/10. I've usually received good treatment here, but this visit was different. Dr. Joseph Zadeh was very unprofessional. He dismissed my symptoms, saying my situation was not an emergency and told me to leave.

Walked in with a FOUR YEAR OLD. Had to wait nearly 40 mins with three other people waiting in the lobby. This is not an emergency room. But more like a lounge with access to possible medical assistance. If you need emergency assistance, DON'T COME HERE.
