Took my SUV to Elite Auto Check to address some issues from another shop that did substandard repair. The techs at Elite Auto Check identified the issues and provided expert solutions and repairs at a reasonable cost. I truly appreciate the communication that didn’t require me checking in or wondering how my repairs were going. My SUV was ready when they said it would be and they back up their work with a good warranty. Im going to be a regular customer and I highly recommend Elite Auto Check.

Auto check elite was great to work with. I stopped in to see if they could install aftermarket skid plates on my car and the guy was very friendly, helpful, and professional.They were able to get me in and out quickly, which I appreciated. Overall it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently had the best experience at Elite Auto Check in Katy and felt like I had to share. As a female, taking your car in can honestly feel intimidating. You never want to be taken advantage of if you don’t know everything about cars. I was referred by Evan Richard with ER Plumbing, and I’m so glad I went.
David was my service manager. He was incredible. He took the time to explain what my 2018 Honda CR-V actually needed—and more importantly, what it didn’t. I had mentioned the factory recommendation for a timing chain replacement, and he easily could have sold me on it. Instead, he explained how those recommendations are broad and that what’s needed in some parts of the country isn’t always necessary here in Texas. That kind of honesty is rare.
Pricing was very fair, and more than reasonable for the level of service. What really stood out though was what happened after. The next day I noticed a squeak and brought it back in. David immediately got it on the rack, found the issue, and fixed it quickly. It was a legitimate repair—but he didn’t charge me because he said I had just been in and he wanted my experience to be a great one. That meant a lot.
The entire team, including the owner and other service manager, were knowledgeable and personable. No one wants to deal with car repairs, but if you need to—this is the place to go.

Wonderful shop! Was very welcoming and informative and honest. Answered all of my questions about the repair. They didn't make me feel like I was asking too many questions and I didn't feel like I was being sold on an unnecessary repair or parts. The inside waiting room also very clean and spacious. They got me all taken care of very quickly, I couldn't be more appreciative.

I’m honestly someone who tries to avoid anything car-related 😅 but my husband was busy, and it was time for an oil change… so I had to go on my own. After looking around, I decided to give this place a try and I’m so glad I did! The shop is super clean and very well taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the best part, no one tried to upsell me on anything. I was totally ready to say “no thanks” to extras, but there was zero pressure at all. They took great care of my Porsche, and when they were done, my car was parked right in front of the door, so convenient! Also, such nice little touches inside, good coffee, snacks, and even activity books for kids. My daughter loved that part 😊
And the price honestly surprised me in a good way! I expected it to be a lot more. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at this auto shop! I brought my son’s car in for an oil change and a diagnostic, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
Joshua was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The owner, Chris, was also very friendly and welcoming. I truly felt treated with respect, which means a lot. They were transparent about everything, explained the diagnostic results clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on before moving forward.
The prices were very reasonable, and there were no surprises. It’s not always easy to find an honest and professional shop, but this one definitely earned my trust. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend them!

My car kept giving a weird rumble/shake. When I would drive at slow speed or begin to brake, it would automatically stall or kill dead on me. Called around and wasn’t able to get in. I found Auto Check Elite during my search. I spoke with Mr. Henry and he thought he knew what the problem was. Despite them being so busy, he was able to get me in and have his guys check my car. I was so relieved to know it was a simple & easy fix. I was able to work in their lobby, while my car was getting serviced. So grateful and appreciative of the quality work. Found out it was my air induction hose that was severely cracked.
Definitely would be back for future maintenance & repairs!
