1. The deal
Use wowpilot — read, rate, claim a page — and you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the site isn't for you.
2. Your account
- You're 16 or older.
- You gave us a real email address and you keep your password to yourself.
- One person, one account. Extra accounts used to pump a score or sink one get every account involved suspended.
- What happens under your account is yours until you tell us it was hijacked.
3. Ratings you write
Your rating stays your copyright. By publishing it here you give wowpilot a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to show it, distribute it, syndicate it and quote it — including to search engines and AI assistants — with your display name attached.
Every rating must describe your own first-hand experience and follow the rating rules. We can hold, edit for rule compliance, or remove a rating that doesn't. Deleting your account removes your ratings from the public site.
4. Running a business page
- Claim only businesses you own or are authorised to represent. Domain verification is the test; lying to pass it gets the claim revoked.
- Reply to as many ratings as you like — replies follow the same rules as ratings.
- Invitations go to real customers only. Bought lists and blasts get the page suspended.
- The only legitimate way to challenge a rating is a well-founded report against a specific rule. Anything else — pressure, incentives, impersonating a reviewer — is grounds for losing the page.
5. Paid plans
Businesses can subscribe to plans that add invitations, the score widget, integrations and insights. Plans are billed per business, monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled any time — cancelling stops the next charge and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. No plan, at any price, changes a rating or a score.
6. Things you can't do here
- Scrape the site beyond what
robots.txtallows. - Probe, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Pretend to be someone else — a person, a business, or wowpilot.
- Post anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, or that tramples someone else's rights.
- Buy, sell or trade ratings outside the verified-invitation programme.
7. Other people's names and marks
Business names, logos and trademarks on wowpilot belong to their owners and appear only to identify those businesses. If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us what, where and why, and we'll act on it.
8. No promises
wowpilot is provided as it is and as it's available. A rating is the opinion of the person who wrote it, not a statement of fact by wowpilot. We don't guarantee the site will always be up, always be error-free, or that any rating is accurate — and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on what you read here.
9. Losing access
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the rating rules or the law. You can close your own account whenever you want from your account page.
10. Changes to these terms
The date at the top changes, and material changes are announced on your account overview the next time you sign in. Keep using the site after that and the new terms apply.
11. Which law applies
The law of the jurisdiction where wowpilot's operating entity is registered. Raise any dispute with us first at [email protected] — most things get sorted there.
