Ranking boosts
A score can't be bought. If paying could push a business above better-rated rivals, the ranking would be worthless — so it can't. A Free page with a genuine 4.8 sits above a Premium page with a 3.9, every time.
Deleting a rating on request
A business can report a rating that breaks the rules and a moderator decides. It cannot pay to make a legitimate bad rating disappear. The reply button is there for that.

Do you charge reviewers?
Never. Rating a business is free for good. We charge businesses for tools on top of the ratings, not for the ratings.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, crypto and bank transfer. Subscriptions renew on card or PayPal; crypto and bank transfers are invoiced per period.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing page. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the page drops back to Free by itself.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No card required to start the 14-day trial. Add one whenever you're ready — before it ends, or later (you'll sit on Free in between).
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Any time, from billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the end of the current term.
