Ask at the moment that matters
The invitation fires the moment an order pays — from Shopify, Zapier or any webhook — or when you send it by hand or from a CSV. Customers at the counter scan a QR poster. If nobody answers, one reminder goes out after five days. Then it stops.
- Shopify, Zapier and webhook triggers
- One-off, CSV and API invitations
- Printable “rate us” QR poster
- One automatic reminder, then silence
Capture the moment while it’s fresh
Stars are the start. Customers add a title, the story, photos — and video on Premium. Anything that came through your invitation carries a Verified purchase badge readers can see.
- Star rating with a title and the story
- Photos on every plan, video on Premium
- Verified purchase badge on invited ratings
- Every rating checked by a person before it goes live
Give your best customers a bigger voice
A great rating shouldn’t live on one page. Turn it into a share card for social media, embed it on your site, show your live score as a badge or a Google-snippet widget — and let the customer share it themselves.
- Share cards — branded images of any 4★+ rating
- Embed a single rating or your customer photo gallery
- Live score badge and Google-snippet widget
- Customers share their own rating in one tap
Know when something goes wrong
A low rating lands in your inbox with an email alert the moment it publishes — and a signed webhook to any tool you use. Reply in public from your phone, and ask the customer to revisit their rating once it’s fixed.
- Email alert on every new rating
- Webhook to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own code
- Inbox with published, pending and flagged views
- Sentiment tag on every rating (Premium)
Feedback → action
Don’t let customer feedback disappear into an inbox.
Every kind of feedback has a next step. wowpilot puts the button right there.

★★★★★ Great value for the priceSMMSumo has been a really useful platform for our social media needs. The service is easy to use, the ordering process is straightforward, and the pricing is reasonable compared with other options I’ve tried.

★★★★★ Fast support, clear pricingSigned up on a Tuesday, had the dashboard set up by Wednesday. Support answered my two questions within the hour and the pricing page says exactly what you pay. No surprises after three months.
★★★★☆ Good tool, onboarding could be smootherThe product does what it promises and the reports are genuinely useful for my weekly review. Onboarding took longer than it should have because the docs skip a step in the API setup.
★★★★★ Replaced two other toolsWe dropped two subscriptions after switching. The scheduling feature alone saved our team a couple of hours a week. Billing is transparent and cancelling a seat took one click.
★★★★☆ Solid value for a small teamCheaper than the big names and covers 90% of what we need. Missing a couple of integrations, but the roadmap page says they are coming. Support has been responsive.

Questions before you start
What is wowpilot?
wowpilot is a rating platform with two sides. People read and write checked ratings of businesses. Businesses use it to collect ratings from their own customers, reply in public, show their score on their own website and get alerted when something goes wrong. Your page is free; the tools are on paid plans.
How does wowpilot help collect customer ratings?
You invite real customers: one at a time, in bulk from a CSV, through the API, automatically from Shopify or Zapier when an order pays, or with a printable QR poster. Invited ratings carry a Verified purchase badge, and one reminder goes out after five days if nobody answered.
Can wowpilot automate rating requests?
Yes. Connect Shopify, Zapier or your own system to the invitations API and the request goes out the moment an order pays, with the reminder handled for you. Automatic invitations are a Premium feature; manual and CSV invitations start on Basic.
What happens when a customer gives negative feedback?
It publishes like any other rating once it passes moderation — money never removes a rating. You get an email alert (and a webhook if you use one), reply in public, and after your reply you can ask the customer once to update their rating. Ratings that break the rules can be flagged by anyone and are reviewed by a person.
Can I use customer ratings on my website?
Yes. Embed a single rating or your customer photo gallery, show your live score as a badge, or use the Google-snippet widget with structured data so search results can show stars. Any 4★+ rating can also become a share card image for social media.
Does wowpilot work with my existing tools?
Invitations can be triggered from Shopify, Zapier, Make, n8n or anything that can call a REST API. Every new rating can be sent as a signed webhook to any URL. Businesses import their lists by CSV and sign in with Google.
Can I try wowpilot before paying?
Claiming your page is free forever. Basic and Premium come with a 14-day free trial and no card up front; afterwards you can pay by card, bank transfer or crypto.
