This place saved our trip as our initial hotel was a terrible choice and experience. Should've known better to not choose a BW property.
The beds were clean and comfortable. Room was nice. Parking is a bit tight, but not terrible. Well worth the price, especially for the location.

In Houston for an Astro game. Our first time staying there and it was great. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel. From the lobby, hallways, breakfast area, elevators, exterior, and rooms, they were all super clean! The staff was extremely friendly. The security guard explained the parking rules, and was knowledgeable about the area. Jeni checked me in and was super attentive. Her exceptional customer service skills were outstanding!! At check out the Houskeeping manager was at the front desk and was also very friendly. The Hispanic lady who prepared the delicious breakfast was.also very kind and attentive.
The king size bed in our room was extremely comfortable. We had such a good nights rest.
If I had an option for 10 stars I definitely would have rated it as such.
Oh the rates were extremely reasonable. Overall the stay was exceptionally great, and the employees seem to take pride in their work.
This will definitely be our go to hotel when in Houston.

This is my third stay. The hotel is older, and does need and upgrade. However it's clean, safe, and the staff is very friendly. It's convenience to the Medical Center can't be overlooked. If you need a decent place to stay while getting treatment or visiting a patient, this is a solid choice if you understand that it is an older building and you won't be getting an exclusive resort experience. It's perfect for what it is and offers an array of rooms for different accessibility needs.

This hotel is a must! Especially if you are an MD Anderson patient or family member with an MD Anderson patient. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are decent and comfortable. The front desk is always going above and beyond for their customers. Breakfast is free and enjoyable. Free parking. They do have a shuttle bus. They run on the hour. The hotel is safe, and we didn't ever have any issues.

We enjoyed our stay when my wife had an appointment a few days ago. The shuttle driver was a hoot! The motel was is great shape. A little musty smell in the room, but it was clean and everything in perfect working order. I, in fact couldn't smell anything different, it was my wife who noticed the smell. When we checked in , the poor front desk girl was having to do several different jobs at once. But she kept a smile on her face and was very pleasant to everyone! Breakfast was outstanding.

We stayed here last week while my father was in the hospital and will continue to do so throughout his treatment.
The price was good for the close location and decent rooms. The front desk ladies were very helpful throughout our stay. The fact that it has breakfast in the mornings is a nice touch as well.
I TRUELY recommend this place if you need a quick place to stay while a loved one is in the hospital.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, 1st time in the Houston area and was very happy. Pool is indoors, so it gets a little loud with kids playing (just a warning for those that are sound sensitive). Room was nice, bed comfortable, parking lot was kinda weird and hard to figure out initially. There is no elevator that goes to the parking place under the hotel, so if you require an elevator, don't park under the hotel, park in the lot at the back or side of the hotel. Rear elevator is still broken, so having to walk the entire length of the hotel kinda sucks. Id definitely stay here again.

The front staff was friendly and the front lobby was very clean and smelled great. I was surprised because of some of the reviews I read. I was expecting a filthy hotel that smelled horribly. This was not the case in my experience. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. We had plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There were no broken fixtures and the water heated up very quickly. I felt very safe, so I’m perplexed as to why some people did not. I come for cancer treatments every two weeks and we will definitely stay here again. Oh, and our room smelled just fine. I did not smell marijuana anywhere in the hotel. The price is great and free breakfast is a plus. My husband and I really like this hotel and we found it just as good as the other more expensive hotels, which we have stayed at. I am truly grateful we finally found such a good and cost effective hotel.

My husband had an interview to Baylor Medical
School and we were looking for a safe, clean place that would be a walking distance to school. We found the place! We had amazing experience. Every and I mean EVERY person who works on staff was very caring, nice and willing to help. We were greeted with smiles and lots of help. I am a clean snob when it comes to staying in other places. The room was super clean. We had our own living room, bedroom, fridge, coffee machine, etc. parking was easy and free. Breakfast was good and free. We would totally stay there again. They did early check in for us and made sure we were happy! Thank you everyone for a nice visit.
