I cannot say enough good about Bill English and his mechanic shop. Had an issue with my car, and I brought it in. He was very honest, straightforward, fair, pricing, and quick with the turnaround of fixing the car. Very grateful to have this close by. We will be going back for future car service.

Bill English is knowledgeable, fair, and fast! My '17 Navigator had a growly transfer case. Bill found a good used one in Kansas, brought it in, checked it out, installed it with all-new seals, and gave me a great warranty! All at a fair price. I trust this shop.

I am very new to the area, so when my car broke down it was so stressful! I can't express how happy I am that a local group of people (20+!!) recommended Bill English. It was a particulary bad time for this to happen, and I was seriously concerned about the cost, how long it would take, etc. Mr. English was fairly priced, communicated well, and did a great job. We had our car back quickly, the process was transparent and seamless. I think what was most impressive was he had recommendations of other smaller things that need to get done, but never pushy, and I truly believe he is a trustworthy, and honest business owner. Most places would scare you or exaggerate the need of the work still being needed. I appreciate the way they do business here. I will get the "little things" still needed after the holidays and this will be the only place we entrust our cars in the future. Thank you so much for everything!!

I cannot recommend Bill English enough for any car repairs or work you need done. Several months back his team did a full brake job on my car. This morning I dropped it off asking him to do several things excluding an oil change because he’s a busy man and squeezed me in right before vacation. I expected to owe him hundreds for the work. Apparently back when they did the brake job, it came with a warranty. I had no memory of this and I didn’t remind him of the brake job. Today, to my delight he said the total was 60 bucks. I finally looked at the invoice-yes I would have owed him hundreds but because he’s an honest man, he saw my car had a warranty. Not to mention I know nothing about cars and he’s aware. Anywhere else I would’ve gone to would never have been this honest. Did I mention he changed my oil too? What a wonderful surprise. Thanks Bill! Hope you truly enjoy every moment of next week!

1st time customer. These guys run a great shop. AC on my RAM fixed as promised & on time. Have been losing some Coolant recently but forgot to mention it at check in. They found the small leak on the water pump anyway and got it fixed also. Bill English was responsive; pricing was as promised, and he did a couple of small extra's for me while the truck was there. Highly recommend if you want an honest, straight forward auto repair shop that takes care of business the right way.

Mr English was highly recommended and after my experience I understand why. He repaired a main seal oil leak, replaced a brake pad and replaced the shocks in my Cadillac Escalade. The Cadillac dealership quoted me more than double! Mr English was very honest, very responsive, very reasonable and knowledgeable. I will 100% use him for my future auto needs and will recommend him to my family and friends. I’m grateful to have found him! Thank you for taking care of me.

Big thanks to Bill English for being there once again for a local neighbor in need. Our son was about to leave for college, and Bill and his team were able to find time to fix my son’s car in less than 3 hours. He charged 1/3 of what a dealer would charge. We HIGHLY recommend Bill and team. Thanks again Bill and good luck to your daughters this year!
