Nice hotel in a safe area rooms are well equipped. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff were top-notch. Rose greeted me with a smile and assisted me through my check-in process and Jennifer was there to oversee and make sure everything went smoothly. Great job keep up the good work.

We stayed there for about 22 days. We are truck drivers and we had something go on and we had a great experience there. Everybody was friendly. We had no problems. It was a very comfortable stay .staff was wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful overall day I would recommend anybody.

Our stay at Comfort Suites has been very comfortable and pleasant. From check-in on, we felt welcomed and cared for, and the staff has been friendly throughout our visit.
Jennifer at the front desk deserves special recognition. She has been kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to whenever we had questions or needed help. She made things simple for us and always handled everything with a positive attitude.
It’s clear that Jennifer takes pride in helping guests, and that really added to our overall experience. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would recommend Comfort Suites to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Comfort Suites from the moment I checked in through my entire visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience feel smooth, comfortable, and stress-free every day.
I especially want to recognize Jennifer at the front desk. She was informative, helpful, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always made me feel welcomed.
Great customer service makes a huge difference, and Jennifer definitely stood out. I would highly recommend Comfort Suites to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and pleasant stay.

The staff is nice and professional but the rooms leave much to be desired. The linens and towels are clean. The room itself is clean but needs updates and thorough cleaning needed in the bathroom. The bathtub needs to be replaced as it's rusty. There is mold on a wall and around edges. Seems like a repair was attempted but didn't hold.

Located in the small town of Deer Park, this staff does an exceptional job taking care of their hotel and their temporary residents. The rooms are well maintained, the staff does an amazing job (housekeeping staff helps with breakfast, then does the rooms - housekeeping even says good morning in the hallway), they have a hot breakfast (usual hash browns, eggs, sausage), and they have a small outdoor pool.
One thing I will say, it is not a resort - don’t go in expecting that, there’s no buffet, rooms are not fancy, no garage parking, it is not that type of hotel (it was $75/night - def worth the value !) - but for the level of service that comfort suites provides, these folks are the best I have seen.

Let me check in early after I called to ask questions on amenities. Staff was helpful and kind. Pool was clean, chlorine a touch strong, but I guess better than low. Google listed as location closer than actually was. But that's been happening lately.

I stayed here on the 13th checked out on the 14th, lady at the front desk said she would have the manager refund the second night since it was 5:00 am on the 14th. Hotel charged both nights phone number doesn’t even work they don’t answer emails, i would not stay here since this seems to be there MO.

We stayed here recently with a group of six, and unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. When we arrived, our room only had two towels. When we asked the front desk for more, the woman working was noticeably rude and only gave us two additional towels; which still wasn’t enough for six people.
To make matters worse, it looks like we were charged a little extra after checkout, possibly for the towels. This was a prepaid room. We tried calling to get clarification, but the phone line doesn’t seem to work. After looking at other reviews, it seems like we’re not the only ones who’ve had issues getting through or dealing with unexpected charges.
Overall, the customer service and lack of communication were really disappointing. I’d be cautious staying here, especially if any billing issues come up.
