Yea Never ever go to this guy!! I still can’t get my title for my car and he ghosted me after I repeatedly asked about when I would receive it!! $9k loss

Started the process to get my money back as well ,thought he was a friend and ended up doing me dirty as well ,.since February I’ve been waiting and still no refund on my money or a dam car smfh it’s ight tho , watch! It all comes back around !!!!

I gave him a deposit back in March which was over 15k and here it is July I still haven’t received my money back or car. He has bad communication. He do not answer my calls or text….. RUN DONT WALK AWAY From this PLACE …. Bad business!!!!!! I already started legal actions!!!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I really would. He acts like he’s a cool guy and honest. In his 30 day warranty he picks and chooses what he covers. If anything happens before you changing your name on to the title he will handle it but the moment it’s in your name he goes ghost and you can’t get a hold of him. He claims artist go see him but AI is so big nowadays he probably lied and use that to make sure he sells a car.

I had bought a car from issac motors back in September 2025 and he promised me a 30 day warranty when I seen my car that bought I and my family noticed tire sensors weren’t on there plus some head lights he said no worries we have 30 days to fix it ! All happy !! ( because he never was going to fix it !!!!!! Yess I believe him a person that “seemed” to be honest and cool) I gave my payment full in cash ! With in me having the car week the ac messed up I have a lil girl that I could not drive like that the only good thing this man did was fix that ac. I had a 30 day warranty this man is in north Houston at the time I was working in Texas city and I’m a manager it was really hard to get to his side for him to get ac fixed but I managed and got it done but it wasn’t easy due to When I finally got to his side to get that looked at they told him what the issue was then he called me and told me to go back home since he will order a brand new replacement online so I asked can someone looks at my tires today he said the guy that hooks him up is not working there so I had to go another day. I got the ac fixed now so then I asked again can we look at my sensors now ? so Issac sent me go to tire shop and they told him all 4 of my tire sensors are not there we need to replace them they have they price it was about $250 I think Issac called me immediately told me he will order online and then get them sent to him ( I mentioned since I’m here can you do my headlights and he said next time we order the seniors and is getting them on) so I had to make another trip to get to him and get them installed. When I say this man ghosted me I said no way so I random pop up on one of my days offf ( i did this because 30 day warranty was going to expire in like a day or 2) my mind you he said he was going to order the part so the excuse was ohh the order got delayed I’ll have to re order and mail out to your house send me addy and all that and so I did I’ve texted him and.called him a month after the promise and here I am on 4/16/2026 with still no sensors and with multiple maintenance I’ve had to do already on this car. Point to this is watch what this man says to you about the want to be warranty seems to me he fixed one issue on my car and that was it.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They used to do good business until the owner made me send $$$ payment towards a car & he won't give the car nor my money back.
