My mom passed in January of this year after a long illness. My dad had already passed thirteen years before. So now that both my parents were gone, and my sister, brother and I had long since left the nest, it was time to sell the house. But it was not just our family house, it was our "Family Home" that we had all grown up in since 1960. The thought of leaving our "Family Home" behind for good was definitely emotional and heartfelt as we had so many loving memories of our time in the house.
We had heard that Michelle David was a wonderful, caring person and a dedicated agent. We decided to to contact her to see if she could help us sell our "Family Home".
As it turned out, Michelle David was the perfect agent. From start to finish, her knowledge and understanding of the market and the estate selling process made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how irrelevant or insignificant they might have been. She worked well with our lawyer. She was well versed on NJ state law regarding underground fuel tanks and soil contamination standards. Michelle kept us informed of all goings-on throughout.

The transaction involved the selling of my Mom’s house with very difficult discussions before and after her passing. Throughout the process, Michelle was also a wealth of information and extremely thorough. My wife and I purchased our house 18 years ago with Michelle representing the seller.
