Great front desk service from the staff Joseph! Stayed over night. Had an issue with my Expedia app and it did not register; he insisted I waited in the lobby until everything was sorted out! He even offered to call Expedia himself. Everything was great.

I had the best experience here! Traveled in from out of town and stayed for 2 days! Everything was excellent. The staff was so nice. We needed extra towels and the maintenance or office man brought me extra immediately! He checked on our stay the entire time and offered anything we needed! He said his name was Joe! I would definitely recommend staying here short term if you are traveling to Houston for a short vacation!! and the price is worth it!! Thanks Joe for making our experience great!!!

Can I start off by saying the hotel property is very clean and maintained and very welcoming I encourage anyone who is looking for a bang for the buck, to stay here.... this is the place to go.
The hotel Guest Relations Manager Sabrina did an awesome job she was very timely and communicative, thorough the entire stay...Sabrina even went to the greater extent by, getting us transportation with the friendliest taxi people we have ever met. Currently they are under renovation, however this hotel is definitely on their way to success.
Thanks a bunch
We're looking forward to staying again, in the near future.
