This place had the most COMFORTABLE beds! Stayed one night to rest up after a long drive and it was the best sleep I ever had in a long time. Amazing prices and great location. Service was very friendly and professional. HIGHLY recommend to anyone on a tight budget who wants to sleep on a 5 star bed. I'll definitely be back when in this area. 👍👍

It was a convenient location since I wasn't mobile. My room was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Police station was next door. I felt like I was on another vacation

Not recommended, I don't normally write reviews but this is more of a warning, I turned up after a long drive to an empty reception area, waited for close to 15 minutes when a woman turned up from wherever she had been hiding and told me she had locked keys in the office, no apology or explanation as to how long it may take to get in a room, so I left. I then got charged as a no show and she lied and said I had checked me in and given me a key. Hotel was as shady as can be with a weird guy hanging round the lobby and other strange characters visible on the monitors in the locked office. The company offer no refund and lie through their teeth.

You get what you pay for - please do not waste your $50+ on this place!!!
I booked this room last minute-same day. The lobby smelled and I knew then I should’ve turned around, but it was too late to cancel for a refund. I checked in and was even further disappointed when I got to the room!!
TV screen - CRACKED
Towels - STAINED
Couch - STAINED / FILTHY
Bed Linens - STAINED
Carpet - DISGUSTING
Shower - DISGUSTING
The front desk’s explanation “I couldn’t get the sheets any cleaner” 🤯 I left. No one paying for a service should accept a service like this.
If I could post this review without any stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I made the mistake of selecting them on Priceline and the hotel appears to be nothing as it’s presented. The lobby was extremely hot upon entry and not put together in the slightest. Smelled of smoke and urine (I have a 12 year old daughter with asthma). I never even officially checked in due to the conditions of the hotel. Looks absolutely run down. I informed the hotel clerk who told me to contact Priceline. Well, Priceline contacted them and the hotel denied my refund LYING to Priceline saying I stayed there the full trip. I most certainly went elsewhere. This is fraud. It’s a fraudulent hotel doing shady business with shady characters on the premises. The audacity to say I never complained is outrageous. And even more outrageous to deny my refund for services NOT RENDERED.
If any reviews of this hotel is more than 1, they are lying!

You should look up my review on Travelocity. This hotel is as bad or worse than the reviews you see here. After only making it as far as the lobby, I elected to move to another hotel at my own cost. Neither the hotel nor Travelocity would make any concession on my reservation. Roaches; no A/C in the lobby; broken A/C units and TVs on the tables in the lounge and restaurant area; no identifying signage at all on the property; overgrown vegetation all over the parking lot; cars up on jack stands in the parking lot. I asked nicely for some refund consideration before I even checked in. They refused. Stay away - I warned you!

This location is now known as Hotel O, and i would 10/10 not recommend. The rooms service and environment is terrible! The entire time we were here there were other guests outside fighting and yelling while the management did nothing. The yelling went on all day and night.

EW. Disgusting. The whole building should be condemned. Avoid at all costs.

I booked this place through Hotels.com. Seen from the outside, many windows on the building are broken. Inside, the AC is off, there’s old/broken furniture stacked in the lobby, the elevator is out of service. I think to myself, ‘whatever, I just need a place to sleep,’ but go to my room, and I’m horrified. The room smells like urine, worsened by the AC running. There are outlets protruding from the wall. My final straw(s) were several stains on the bedding, pics attached: white sheet, brown stain; blanket, crusty stain. I immediately went downstairs to check out, the employee asked why I was leaving, I blurted out “it’s disgusting,” and they said “huh, I haven’t heard that before.” I am certain this was a lie. Hotels.com did not give me a refund, because OYO denied the request. Thankfully I got an AirBnB, I would’ve rather slept in my car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner gave us a great rate for my sister and her 4 kids. The doors are all inside which is a big deal when you have little kids.

Very easy to book over the phone. When I came in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to look at the room before paying. Rooms are very clean and they gave me extra pillows and blankets which a lot of hotels are stingy about. Thank you for the great experience for my kids and I in Houston 😀
