I took my mom's car to diagnose AC issues. She went all summer with no AC and they figured out the issue in less than 30 mins. It turned out to be a simple fix. Once they fixed the issue and recharged the AC, it works like new! They were honest and incredibly fair with pricing. My dad is bringing his truck in next! I highly recommend. Thank you Jorge!

Usa Car Care is a great cars shop. This shop is very professional and caring. I called had brought my own cabin filter the mechanic told me to come down and he would put for no charge. I tried to pay him but a simple job . Great customer service. I will be coming back because the shop offers complete care.

A friend recommended USA Car Care when my regular mechanic sold his shop to a big company after 14 years of servicing my used vehicles. I called Sam at USA Car Care explaining our immediate need of a replacement car battery. Sam, as always, was very kind and helpful. I had a request for an upgrade which he took care of. He told me I could come by at my convenience and he would verify the problem was the battery and, if so, quickly replace it for me. He did in less than half an hour.
I have never been disappointed with their service, and I recommend them to you.

I went in to have the plate under my car put back in place. Another place that did my oil change failed to secure it correctly. Martin fixed it and did not even charge me for it. He spent 15 minutes to get it fixed right. He was very kind and helpful. I give this place 5/5 stars for going out of their way to help without any monetary compensation. This speak volumes about the kind of business they have. They are honest and have good customer service and good business practices. I would recommend this place for your car needs. Look for Martin. I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to USA Car Care this week to obtain an estimate for replacing my water pump and Serpantine Belt. The personnel in the office was very nice and friendly and they arranged for a pressure test to verify the need for a new pump and the results showed that I did have a leak. They gave me an estimate that I considered to be very fair and I took my vehicle in the next day for the work to be done. I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours and was very pleased. I would recomment them very highly and will definitely return there for any other issues that mghit come up in the future
