We have been coming here for the past 12 years or so. This business offers competitive, low pricing. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about the inner, complex mechanisms of the automobile. He and his staff are honest, friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, and reliable. When my engine light came on I brought my car here and the owner personally ran the diagnostics. He printed off a diagram of the malfunctioning equipment and explained to me in great detail what exactly needed to be repaired and why. I was given a detailed breakdown of costs and only had to pay upfront for the ordered parts. My car was completely and efficiently repaired today well within the promised timeline. I highly recommend Central Tire Auto Care!

Bad business, this company doesn’t communicate well at all. They get mad at you for asking for more details or better satisfaction and try talking over you. I’ve had to come here 4 different times for the same issue in a single month on top of going out of my way to go over their work to a dealership just to be told the work this place did is wrong. Don’t come here they have low prices but you’ll pay in another way in the long run spend the extra money at a better place than this one. I will not come here ever again.

We had taken our civic to the shop In October for some work as well as to fix some oil leaks. I had left it with my girlfriend and her parents while I left for the Navy. It was in the shop for almost 3 weeks for quite a few things, including an alternator of all things, which, didn’t need to be replaced, an oil pan gasket for the oil leak, valve cover gasket, timing cover gasket, the list goes on. First thing to mention, I return in March. It’s leaking worse than it was. I check the parts list and nothing is replaced. The alternator is still original, the oil pan gasket was NEVER touched. And they broke the upper timing cover. I have never heard of this type of awful work. $1400 dollars later and I have to fix everything myself. Will not recommend. Go to Firestone or somewhere that will back up their work.

Amazing place. I was in a bind. My car broke down and was not going anywhere. They took very good care of me. The staff was super knowledgeable, and very personable. Thier prices were excellent and they did an amazing job fixing my car. I can't think of a better place to go. I was very lucky my car broke down here.

I should’ve read the reviews and I would’ve been ready for the girl in the shop with a bad attitude. I actually own a mobile automotive repair company. Being mobile we do not perform alignments because you need an alignment rack and machine. One of my ASE certified technicians just installed all 4 struts assemblies, lower control arms, inner, and outer tie rods on an 07 Dodge Caliber. Of course when replacing all of those components the alignment will be extremely off. This will causing the vehicle to try to veer in different directions.
The girl in the shop came inside the waiting area and said that some thing was installed incorrectly because the vehicle almost fell off the rack. I asked her to show me. She couldn’t show me that anything was installed incorrectly. All she could say was the technician that installed them must have not counted the threads when putting the tie rods back together or something. I explain to her that an ASE certified technician is the one that installed the parts and even when counting threads that is not accurate. That is why you need to have the vehicle aligned. I then asked her how she will fix the issue if something was installed incorrectly. She could not tell me. I explain to her that the only issue is the car is badly out of alignment and that is why I am there. The alignment will fix everything that she thinks is wrong. She refused and insisted something was not installed correctly. It was just an excuse for them not to do the alignment. I took it elsewhere. They performed the alignment in less than 30mins and everything went into specification. The vehicle drove perfectly afterwards. If the owner of this establishment is reading this comment, I would have a talk with your technician about giving false information. When she was talking to me, everything out of her mouth was BS. Especially when the person she’s talking to is also an automotive professional that trained technicians how to do front end, suspension, and alignments. From the look on all your technicians faces when she was telling me this, they all seem like they had no clue as to what they were doing. I will not waste my time going there again. If they don’t want to work then just close the doors and lock the place up because all you’re doing is losing business when they are talking to customers.
First off you saw how the mechanic had to use a jack to lift the car and put your car back on the ramp of our alignment when it literally fell off our alignment lift because your mechanics couldn’t even install some rods in a middle efficient way if your “mechanics” are ase certified they are irresponsible for letting you drive in the streets in such a hazardous way and exposing other professionals to their incapabilities. I told you we could fix it but we would have to charge you extra. But you declined I will not expose my team to have to pay for your vehicle if it falls of the ramp because a mechanic doesn’t want to use a leveler or make sure the rods are matching. If your memory is lacking I have cameras. If your not a mechanic then you should hire people who are trained and don’t just install parts Willy nilly putting you and others in danger and come at us with an attitude.
