My husband and I had a great experience at CoMax! The service was great and the price was fair. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and left feeling happy with our purchase. Definitely recommend!!

My experience with CoMax was awesome! They set a great example of what a car buying experience should be like. My dad came with me on my first visit, and as we chatted afterward, we both agreed that we got “good vibes” from this place. They were extremely helpful even after I purchased my vehicle! Great people, great dealership. I highly recommend!
I purchased a car from Comax around March and overall, the process was smooth. I found the vehicle I wanted and was able to complete the purchase within a couple of weeks using their in-house financing option. The customer service during the sale was helpful, and the car has been running well so far.
However, we did have to replace the ESL shortly after purchase, which was an unexpected and expensive repair. The bigger issue right now is with the temporary plates—ours have expired, and we have not received an updated set. My husband uses the car for work, so driving with expired tags puts us at risk for getting a ticket. We reached out and were told it’s an issue with the DMV, but we’re still in a holding pattern with no resolution yet.
I’ve had a similar situation before with another dealership, and they were able to provide updated paper tags while waiting on permanent ones. I’ll update this review once the issue is fully resolved.
Update: Comax Auto I spoke with you and this was the update you gave me. We have the white 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK. My insurance is now up for cancellation because we don’t have proof of registration. You guys told me there’s a hold up with the tags. Pretty much stop calling it’s nothing you can do. Was there an error during submittal? You can reach me again at the contact you have for the GLK 350 as I do not want to put my legal name on the internet.

I'm so glad we chose CoMax for my grandsons 1st car. Akejandro is that guy frfr! My grandsons & I liked the convenient efficiency & knowledgeable customer service as they work as a team! The car was cleaned & ready when we arrived! Go see them if you're looking for great luxury vehicles... I'm pretty sure if you dream of it, they can find it for you. Just ask!
