We were treated very good. The front desk ladies helped things go smoothly. Tyler and Arlene and Brandy and Megan made my husband feel as comfortable as possible. Whitteny our concierge did a great job with anything we needed. Liannna did a great job with getting an iv started. And Dr. Jhingree of course was very kind and helped us so much. This was our second time to this Elitecare. And the first time was just as good of an experience considering the pain my husband was in. I wanted to make sure and leave a review this time. And the bag with the blanket and cup and charging cord was so nice as well. Thank you all for taking care of my husband!

Facility was extremely clean and the waiting area was quite inviting, gives a cozy, at-home feeling, exactly what’s needed when you don’t feel well. On top of that, they gave my wife breakfast and lunch, a blanket, a little bag with essentials, and even a phone charger to take home — such thoughtful details that made a big difference while she was there. But what truly blew me away was a few days later, she received beautiful flower arrangement delivered to the house … who does that? Thank you again for the professional care and kindness ❤️

I had such a great experience at this ER, I honestly can’t thank them enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, the person who checked me in, the nurses, the person who did my CT scan, my echo… just incredibly professional and warm across the board.
The doctors really took their time with me, didn’t rush anything, and made sure to rule out every possible cause before moving forward. That alone made me feel like I was in really good hands. Also they have a hometown heroes program that waives the copay for certain professions!
On top of that, they gave me lunch, a blanket, a little bag with essentials, and even a phone charger to take home — such thoughtful details that made a big difference while I was there. But what truly blew me away was a few days later, I got a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to my house with a handwritten card. I mean… who does that?
10/10, I’d recommend this ER to anyone. They genuinely care and go way beyond expectations!!

I’m speechless. I just got home and I found a large bouquet of flowers from Elite hospital.
I have stayed in this hospital twice and each time they took such good care of me. They are definitely not like other hospitals. They are very focused on making sure that you are receiving good care and comfortable. I can’t tell you how many times I was asked if I was OK did I need anything? Of course, no one wants to be in the hospital, but this was a wonderful experience at a very stressful time in my life.

This is the best hospital I have ever been too. Their receptionists were welcoming, and their lobby is decorated so beautifully. They offer a variety of free snacks and drinks in the waiting room. I filled out quick paperwork and was seen almost immediately by my doctor, William Fisher, whom genuinely cared about me and getting me thoroughly checked for all possibilities. All of my nurses were so kind and comforting, and the entire staff had great personalities. At the end of my visit, I expressed to them how thankful and impressed I was for their exceptional care. You absolutely won’t regret coming here!
